I have been searching for a reliable ABA company for the past two years, and it has been a long and frustrating journey—until I finally found Dr. Cho Behavioral Therapy. I can honestly say I feel so lucky and proud to have found them. From the very first day, the therapist we were assigned made a powerful impression. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her job well. She took the time to explain the entire process, paired beautifully with my son, and immediately began modeling strategies and offering real, effective help. It’s now been about three and a half weeks, and I can already see positive changes in my son’s behavior. He is beginning to use his words more appropriately, ask for things calmly, respect personal space, and manage his aggression better. These improvements mean everything to me. The RBT working with us is currently pursuing her BCBA at George Mason University, and I was genuinely impressed with her professionalism, communication skills, and dedication. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and always follows up. She even responds to my texts and emails after hours, showing how much she genuinely cares—not just about the job, but about my son. One thing that made a huge difference is that she speaks the same language I do, which helped bridge communication and cultural understanding. Still, even beyond that, her professionalism and commitment stand out. She’s gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule, working Thursdays and Fridays, and collaborating with caregivers to make sure everything is aligned. She takes the time to model for me, explain everything in detail, and always makes sure I feel confident and supported in teaching my son. Today, for example, we went to the park, and where there would normally be meltdowns and chaos, she calmly guided him through a few minor tantrums, using positive reinforcement and effective strategies. It was one of the best outings we’ve had in a long time. I truly believe this is more than just a job for her—it’s a career and a calling. She told me not to mention her name, but I want to thank her deeply from my heart. She told me she was trained by her clinical director, and I want to thank them too, because that training clearly shows in everything she does. This company has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cho Behavioral Therapy to anyone who wants real, compassionate, and professional support for their child. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.

This company and their employees are grea to work with! Turns out this was not a daycare I worked with an RBT and she was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment plan goals. The RBT was very passionate and worked with dignity and respect and RBT was able to exlplain their treatment plan goals for my son and I was able to model what I was doing and I was sitting there the whole time and she didn’t mind. I had the pleasure to speak to the clinical director about a couple concerns ans J was very happy with their response. They take their work seriously, very professional very educated. I’m happy with my son’s progress so far. Definitely Recommend!

I’ve been only a few days with Dr. Cho company and I found that I had to express my satisfaction with them. First of all, appreciate the professionalism of the RBT and BCBA, giving all the information and beyond about ABA and autism, since it’s the first time my son is receiving ABA. Also, my son is using words just after 5 days with his RBT!! He is following orders in a better manner. The RBT is very experienced, she knows how to get to my kid, is very playfull, outgoing, my son is actually excited to see her everyday and is very receptive to her exchanges. Also, I get great along with her, she gives me one on one information and instructions to further help my son after she goes home. Super excited to see what awaits for him in the future with this company and will update!!

I have held off for a few years before posting this review but after all of the lingering issues we have had with our daughter, I have decided to post. I had to report this company to our insurance company, Tricare, for fraud. We were billed for the maximum hours she was "recommended" for MONTHS but was not getting the hours they were billing for. They billed for Monday-Saturday and never, not once, did they ever provide a service on Saturday, ever. We were even billed on CHRISTMAS DAY and the weeks of Christmas when we were NOT in town or getting services. Then the real problem began. My daughter was in a PHENOMENAL daycare and the RBT would go there to provide services. Well the therapist was having issues at the daycare because she wasnt doing her job or most of the time not showing up. For whatever reason I believed this RBT and decided to pull my kid out to have services at home because I believed the RBT could do better wirh her in home than her arguing with the people at her daycare. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Turns out, it wasnt the daycare. Our therapist, Fallon, was NEVER showing up, ever. I called the BCBA on the case and discussed with her multiple times and always heard the excuse that she would talk to her. Well, the therapist didn't show up for a whole week and that's when I started to dig and found out they were billing for the max hours no matter what. Everytime I asked where Dr. Cho was, I was told in another country. I finally asked the BCBA how do you know the therapist are actually coming in to work and she replied that I should be signing off daily on her report. I HAD NEVER SEEN NOR SIGNED ONE. SO then I asked is she FORGING MY SIGNATURE and getting paid to NOT be here?!! I finally emailed and said DO NOT COME BACK and reported them to tricare for the fraud. I have no idea if Tricare followed through but I am warning people now, please watch this place. You have caused serious wasted time for my child's development and it has lingered in me for years. I will never forgive this company nor the lies you have told. Please parents, find somewhere else!

I was not a fan of this group and unfortunately had to terminate services. Communication was horrible. Had a couple bad therapist, I had to request that they be removed. I could tell the turnover rate must have been high. Was threatened that I would be charged if my daughter was going to be late to school ( miss an appointment in their words) but it was never communicated when the therapist would miss sessions. Company would communicate everything else with my child care provider, but never me the PARENT. I never saw any significant progress that would warrant me to continue service. Serena was great, never had an issue. Angie was amazing and unfortunately my daughter lost her best friend and we are still dealing with the repercussions of this.
