So I will try to make this a short post because I can go on and on how amazing this place was for me, but as a mom of a child who has autism it is so hard to find someone who will love, care , and understand your child’s needs, I was one of the longest parents to last at the center, my child started when he was two years old and let me tell you we were truly blessed. We went through every obstacle together and every little milestone together , the program focuses on your child’s individual needs and addresses their concerns, there is no judgment in this community on your child’s behavior ! We were all there for the same help ,I could not thank Evelin and Fedra enough and the Behavior therapist and subs he has had in between the love and care and patience they had for my son I could not put In words they became our family and our safe haven , one of the greatest additions in the last year was their new BCA Maria , she supports the BTS as well as the family’s and i was so greatful for the support all the time , the check ins , and the programs created for my child, if your looking for a spot that you want your child to succeed this school is it, thank you Dream big for truly the best 4 years together.

Dream Big Center has truly been a blessing for my step son and our family. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and understood. Casey was so helpful with the enrollment process and always brought so much joy to the center with her presence. The team is not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping each child thrive. I’m so grateful for Dream Big Center and all they have done. It’s more than just an ABA center, it’s a place where children are truly understood and given the tools to succeed. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a supportive and positive ABA environment for their child’s growth.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office and team. It’s always scary trusting people with our kiddo’s who need different help navigating life. My little guy has been here for 1-2 months now and he’s shown AMAZING strides. He’s bonded so well with every single person he’s met here. And they’ve equally bonded with him. I feel comfortable and safe leaving my little guy here for his 4 hour ABA therapy. From the onboarding to now- doing monthly evaluations and having our first check in- we’re so grateful for a team of people who are gentle and loving on my guy. (4 year old, autism, non verbal)

My daughter started here right before her 4th birthday and was here until she turned 6. If she didn’t age out of the program we would still be coming here because we love it so much! This place is fantastic! My daughter loved coming here and made so much progress thanks to her therapist and all the Dream Big staff. Now that my daughter has graduated from the program my nephew is starting here at dream big and I know he will make just as much progress as my daughter did! We love Dream Big and are so thankful to the staff for everything they do for the kids and all the hard work and time they put in to meet each child’s individual needs. I can’t rave about this ABA therapy program enough! My daughter still asks to come back here because she misses it so much! Everyone here becomes like family and it’s so great to have other people care so deeply about your kid.

Do not leave your kids with a therapist named Mallory.

Worst customer service, very unprofessional and rude. They were unwilling to help nor answer any of my questions. I just called for information and they hung up on me because I asked for a manager after the front desk was rude, eventually after calling back 3 times they answered and were very unprofessional once again. Not sure how businesses like this, that provide services to children are allowed to hire people that cannot provide good customer service.

They hire people that don't know how to handle kids with behavioral issues. My son had been with them since he was 5 to 7 I belive. All his therapist kept leaving the company. The last one they got for my son was told not to take his phone away bc he could get aggressive. Well she did it anyway and my son hit her on her arm trying to get the phone back. This lady looked so mad like she wanted to hit my son. Well their next step was to kick my son off their services. They knew from the start he had this problem. His first therapist Ashley was great and it was when my sons aggression was at its worst and she knew how to work with him But I guess they got desperate and just hired anyone. Isn't this their job to know how to handle situations like this? To teach him to calm down? It's been 2 years I belive and my son is doing so much better. Now that he's older he's calmed down
