Terrible! Terrible! There was a different story pretty much every week! It was cancelled at the last minute for the previous two weeks, and it was changed from in person to online this week and they didn’t tell the parents! We were already here in the office and was told by another parent it was online today… I would have given a negative score if I could!

Hello, this is a customer who is writing down a review on Easter seals Bay Area. I need to tell you that one of the behavioral bi’s was really good at teaching good behaviors. But, somehow, however, there were a few who were adding some toxic behavior there. Especially, when the others say nope I don’t mind at all. There when a behavioral Bi accusing me of hurting Christine’s feelings despite me never doing anything wrong. For example, if I say the tiniest thing, that damages one’s relationship even if I wasn’t there taking charging of that. Even the girls were bulling the boys after they said in five minutes you need to do something according to that. Also, when Brian and Emma started acting toxic to that boy. And when Brian started snatching the radio speaker aggressive as if he were attacking me, he pulled my hair rough when he was removing the slime. So, I’m going to post this picture to show you. If you see anyone acting toxic there fire them immediately and that way they never enter that Bay Area again. This is very unacceptable, accusing someone of damaging one’s relationship. I hope I never see you easterseals behavioral bi employees again after this scene: 😠
