I am very dissatisfied, I had a bad experience with this company. They even opposed the camera in my house. They make me wait for months to accept a kid,then it takes month to find a therapist .They do not pay attention the children with compassion and don’t care.

The facility is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and learning. The staff includes highly skilled therapists, behavioral specialists, and teachers who create individualized plans tailored to each child's strengths and challenges. Their communication with parents is exceptional -- we always feel informed and involved in our child's progress. Our child has made tremendous improvement since attending ERA both socially and academically. This place is a blessing to families seeking quality care and genuine support.

They communicate progress clearly, provide helpful feedback for at-home support, The center is clean, structured, and designed to make children feel comfortable and engaged. Since starting ABA therapy, my friend has seen incredible improvements in her child's communication, behavior, and overall confidence. I highly recommend ERA to any family seeking high-quality ABA therapy with a team that genuinely cares about every child's development and well-being. I have always referred ERA to family and friends who are in need of behavioral therapy.

This place is absolutely horrible! The main woman who runs the place is absolutely rude and does not actually care about the children there! She only does it for the money and traumatizes the children there by screaming at employees infront of the children they are trying to help! DO NOT GO HERE! Owner is Horrible

I have been bringing my son to ERA for 6 months now & I can’t express enough how helpful they have been . Everyone is always so friendly & my son loves going & when he gets home sessions he gets excited as well. When my son started 1st grade he had no friends only followed sister around , teacher mentioned she thought he was in speech therapy since he would mumble from shyness and my most recent parent conference teacher mentioned he has been very social and i can’t describe the joy it brought me to hear that.

My grandson has been going to ERA for a short period and I have seen a lot of improvments and positive feedback. I am thankful for ERA and how they helped my grandson with his difficulties. I recommend ERA, and I am just thankful for their therapists, and all their workers who put their hard-working effort into my grandson, he has overcome most of his difficulties! And that's all thank to the great team of ERA!
