Offers a range of programs to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and any other neurological and developmental disabilities. Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) will be conducted by a Board Certied Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to identify and better understand the individual's developmental and disability needs. Based on the assessment report an individualized program will be generated to support and to enhance the client's development. The treatment approaches are implemented under the principals of ABA with supervision of a Board Certied Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which will be based on current research ndings. ERA's clinical team will collaborate in conjunction with school districts, health plans, regional centers, and other entities that are involved in clients support system. Providing In-Home Parent Training (IHPT) to help parents understand the needs of their loved one's disability and assist more eectively with their child's disability. On-going evaluations will be conducted to ensure that the techniques and the principals meet the client's and the family's needs.
