My son started therapy here at the end of January and it’s been a total 180 in his behavior and in everyday life. Marissa is my family’s guardian angel. I am now able to take my kids to the store , go for walks with them , and control them in the house setting. I was hopeless before she started and there has been so much progress these past six months. I’m so grateful to Marissa and to Autumn for asking Marissa if she would add my son on as a one to one to her busy schedule. I truly have the best therapist . I don’t think there could have been a better match for my son or our family. Thank you so much on behalf of my whole family

I have been with this company for almost 5 years, I've been through 3 bts over the years, my 2 children both receive services and they love the bt they are currently with. They have excelled tremendously with her but the company is very very unprofessional. There is a huge lack of communication. They do not provide training, but regardless of that my bt has been amazing. The company randomly called me yesterday letting me know that my bt has to choose a child to continue servicing and take the bt off my other child's case with no explanation and NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE CHILDREN. They refused to give me an answer as to why this is, they then refused to let me talk to the person making these decisions. DO NOT WORK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are currently in a lawsuit with the school district so now they are cutting hours with the employees and having the children are suffering. Now me and the current bt are left with the aftermath of their unprofessionalism.

This company is not Professional they are playing with children's lives and the lives of their employees. Their actions are unacceptable and someone needs to be done.. I have been with the company for over 4 years my bt is awesome she has been with both my sons for the last 4 years and now they are making her stop and pick 1 to work with. So now my son has to wait for some new bt with no reason on why. This is not ok. They continue to change the rules with no communication and the people in the office are really rude they send workers to your home with out communication with out any notification. This is not ok

We have had this company for about 5 years now. The BTs my child has had have been great with him and work around the schedule I needed. When we started my son was 100% non verbal, head banging, etc and now he is on track to his school age and is partially verbal, following directives, and learning to self regulate. I was a mess when we started this journey, Dr T came himself to our first assessment and gave me allot of helpful information and reassurance.
