Horrible staff and counselors. The secretary didn’t even check me in for my appointment. I waited an hour in the office and seen the counselor leave. I received my records and they are very inaccurate. The counselor wrote very untrue statements about me and why I was their. She even came up with a fake diagnosis after one one hour visit. Ironically I went to this office for family counseling and the other party never participated. I wouldn’t recommend taking anyone here if they need help. This place isn’t legally licensed or credentialed. I have no idea how they’re open.

Only recommendation I would give this company would be for our ABA Therapist. She keeps in direct contact with us everyday, everyone else doesn't care. The office and the supervisor for my child would never contact us. The only one who would contact us would be our regular therapist. This is a sad way to run a "company" for families.

Jennifer Switzer is amazing and more then happy with her service ....so glad we found her ! Also the receptionist has always been really nice and helpful.

While I was wanting on my car to be serviced I sat in a waiting room and listened to Keith talk about his patients by name on speaker phone in waiting room for almost an hour. I and everyone else in the building got to hear about his patients by name and their: drug problems, medications they are on, family situations, cutting themselves, 11 year old choking his mom, where they live, where they go to school, foster parents, plans for treatment, mentoring program, etc. What happened to privacy and confidentiality? He needs to learn that there is a time and place for these things and not to use a speaker phone in public. Not only it is unprofessional, it is rude. If this was my family situation and i heard this in public I would sue.

Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They provided ABA therapy for my son for a few months (don’t think they actually even knew what they were doing). The main person to set you up with services is located in California, not Lynchburg va. Extremely slow to take any actions and set up services. And Amy the supervisor is a know it all joke of a woman. I would suggest going to the autism center or any other reputable place in town. This place should be put out of business.
