This is such an unethical company, both for employees and for care of your children. The unethical behavior surrounding employees is as follows: The owner is still spreading rumors about former employees almost a year later, and attempting to get them blacklisted from the ABA field in Colorado. The owner will speak about these former employees to current employees regularly. The turnover rate at this company is astronomically high, in excess of losing 5-10 employees in a short span of time. The reason for this is that the company and the owner treat employees like they are expendable, and not like human beings. Multiple people have quit within the last few weeks due to a hostile working environment. Another instance of unethical behavior regarding employees was that an employee was harassing others both verbally and sexually. This employee was reported multiple times by numerous individuals, however, was not fired until there were threats to go to the police. Said employee was also speaking of inappropriate things while on the floor with clients, most of whom were under the age of 8 years old. This former employee has recently visited the center (within the last few weeks) , and was allowed into the building after these incidents. The company itself is promoting that they practice trauma informed care, however they implement punishment procedures. As a “trauma informed facility”, punishment procedures should not be implemented in any way. Instead, they should be emphasizing positive reinforcement. There have been multiple instances of reprimanding clients, overcorrection, and removal of privileges due to behaviors targeted for reduction. The staff are encouraged and rewarded for leaving falsely positive reviews on Indeed, Google and other social media platforms. This company is bad news for anyone, employees and clients alike.
I would strongly caution families before choosing this ABA center. The leadership, including the owner, demonstrates a lack of professionalism and compassion. While the company markets itself as “trauma-informed,” the actual practices do not align with that philosophy. Staff have implemented punishment-based procedures that are inappropriate and harmful. In one instance, a child was forced to clean up their own urine as a “consequence”, something that is deeply concerning and not consistent with ethical, trauma-informed, or evidence-based ABA practices. Families deserve transparency, respect, and care that truly centers the child’s dignity and emotional wellbeing. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
Worked with Allyse and her team over the past 2 years and they have been super pleasant, and respectful. They make tough work look easy. Happy to have met them! :)
The commitment to the kids they serve is unmatched. Not only are the staff amazing, they go out of their way to personalize treatment. The women in charge are phenomenal as well- brilliant and selfless. When there’s a bad egg in the bunch, they are not afraid to take care of the problem in the interest of their patients.
Love love love this place! They have changed my babies life. He’s happier, healthier, and thriving! He’s almost ready to start school, he’s potty trained and he loves going there everyday! The staff is always kind and they do a good job preventing accidents between kids.
The center is amazing! The owners and staff go above and beyond for each and every kid. These 2 women opened this center to make sure none of these children are not forgotten and my family is very blessed to have the staff and the center! I would recommend them to anyone that needs care and one on one care for any child with any level! Forget me not is just that a team that doesn't forget any autistic child!
The staff here are phenomenal! They go above and beyond for all of these kids and their families. They created this center for those kids who were going to be losing their VERY crucial services, due to other centers in the area that were closing because of lack of proper Medicare reimbursement rates. Our 3yr old, virtually non-verbal, granddaughter loves her FGMN family and is thriving, learning new words every day, calming her negative behaviors and learning how to communicate more effectively. We have been with them since they opened this fall and I would not want our "little" to go anywhere else for the services she needs. HIGHLY recommend 🥰
