We’re receiving clinic-based ABA and school support, and the difference in our child’s behavior has been profound. The consultation we had was thoughtful and reassuring.

My biggest regret this year was choosing Grateful Care ABA for my son's ABA services. The RBT assigned to my son, Wynton, created countless issues with his after-school and summer camp providers. Wynton was seen flirting with female parents outside my son's school, arguing with school staff, and neglecting his responsibilities by playing football with other students instead of supervising my son. He was frequently late, called out numerous times, and maintained an inappropriate dual relationship with my son's summer school teacher. To make matters worse, he falsified records by fabricating an incident report for a child who wasn’t even on his case, forging the summer school teacher's signature. He also grabbed another child by the collar of their shirt, prompting the child's parent to come to the school to confront him. These actions were reported to the BCBA, who found him in violation of ethical guidelines and required him to undergo additional training. The BCBA, Liara, who was supposed to supervise Wynton, also failed to do her job properly. She often skipped required supervision sessions and was difficult to reach. When I brought these concerns to her supervisor, Isaac, his response was dismissive, merely attributing her failures to "time management issues." I never anticipated dealing with so many problems when I reached out for help. As a full-time working mom of a child on the spectrum, my time is precious. What I thought would benefit my son turned into an absolute nightmare. I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with this company. I debated for a long time before writing this review, but I feel compelled to warn other parents who might be in the same position I was eight months ago, desperately seeking support for their child. This company is not worth the stress and frustration. Please, do your research and carefully evaluate providers before making a decision. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
