been extremely disappointing. Communication is very unprofessional and inconsistent. Staff members constantly come and go, leaving my son without steady support or structure. I tried my best to stay consistent, even through personal hardships, but the lack of accountability from their team made things very difficult. When I reached out to the founder about my concerns, instead of listening or offering solutions, I was met with disrespect and blame. As a parent of a child with special needs, I expected compassion, understanding, and professionalism — unfortunately, that’s not what we received. I would not recommend this company to any family looking for reliable or caring therapy services. 10/28 This isn’t about missed sessions — it’s about the lack of communication and consistency within your own staff. Multiple RBTs and even a BCBA walked away, and they themselves shared how frustrated they were with the way things are managed. That speaks volumes. Families deserve stability and honesty, not deflection or excuses. Own the reality instead of trying to rewrite it.
Amazing therapists! They truly care about every family and child they work with
I really appreciate my ABA therapist, Gabby. She was absolutely wonderful, built great rapport with my son, and I especially appreciated how she respected my wishes in our home. I’m a bit of a germaphobe, and she always followed my requests without hesitation — things like wearing a mask while here, washing her hands, and being upfront about whether she had been sick. That level of respect and understanding meant so much to me. I also appreciate her manager, Joelle, who was always quick to listen and address any concerns I had. If I had questions about my son’s developmental needs or progress, Joelle immediately made sure there was a clear plan in place to support him. Both Gabby and Joelle made me feel heard and supported throughout our time with Green Light Therapy, and I am so grateful for their dedication and kindness. However, I do feel the front desk/reception team could improve their communication and professionalism. There were several times I had to reach out first about issues or scheduling concerns, when I would have expected them to contact me. At times, it felt like there was a lack of follow-up and consideration for clients, which was frustrating. Overall, I am very grateful for the therapists and their commitment to my child’s growth, and I hope the administrative side can improve their communication so the whole experience can match the high standard of care provided by the clinical team.
