I read the resident's reviews but they're not the only ones that have concerns. I am breaking my silence. I just can't sit back and not say anything about the operation of this business and how they treat employees. I was hit in the face with a weapon by one of the residents. Doctor said I could be looking at surgery. I am currently seeking help about this matter. If I am found wrong for any of my actions then I pray God forgive me and I will take accountability; however, HP needs to be held accountable for their actions.
i left harbor point August of 2023 and i was on Oasis A the whole 6 months i was there. The place is very nasty with roaches crawling out of the walls and black mold growing in the showers. when i left i got diagnosed with PTSD from all the chaos. most of the staff there was very rude and nasty towards the kids. Do not send your kids to places like these especially Harbor Point because you think it will help…Nope it’ll make your kids worse. but after not being there for over 2 years i’ve changed by MYSELF i’m married and i have my own house. Thanks harbor Point for absolutely nothing
This facility needs to be closed down. Don't ever allow anyone to send your children here. They come out worse than when they went in. The staff is constantly picking fights with the children and stating that it's the children's fault. I tried to talk to my granddaughter on the phone and I hear someone in the background yelling, if I had anything to do with it, you won't get out of Here until January. They need to learn how to treat these children with respect that they won't respect back from the children.I'm now trying to figure out how to file a lawsuit against this place
I was at Harbor Point for a year and a couple of months, and I loved it there. From day one, the staff had been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made this place feel like home. I loved being there. I was there for so long the staff and residents became my family. One staff I want to shout out is Ms. Katrina, she made me feel cared for, and loved very much, she made my stay there so much easier, and it went by fast. I was very sad to leave there. Sometimes I feel like that was the only place I fitted into.
This is the WORST residential to send your kids at. I was a patient here back in September 2024 and it was the worst. I was on the wings 2 unit and the program manager "Mrs Ashley" Was horrible, She would mock me. Not only that it took me 2 weeks to get my stuff I had to ask other patients for soap and clothes. With my stay only being a month so much changed We couldn't have socks in our rooms any more, limited to 2 pairs of under wear a WEEK. The DOCTOR WAS THE WORST!!!!!!!!! He told me I had type two diabetes!!!? And was put on a medication called metformin, When I left the facility in October I got tested and was completely false, when it came it medications they got mixed with another girl I WAS TAKING ANOTHER GIRLS MEDICATIONS?!!! I got paranoid and started counting the quantity and colors to make sure I had mine. They dropped my medications in the trash a few times picking them back up and putting them right back in the cup I requested new pills but their excuse every time was "These are the only ones today" They also dropped my inhaler in the trash and picked it out and still gave me it. I started noticing that my belongings started to disappear? Never found them? Wings one was extremely privileged, PS4, karaoke, netflix, Nintendo, bracelet making, Nail polish. Wings two only had cable TV and books. I was grabbed my by wrist a few times and dragged around. My therapist was NOT LICENSED. Once I was removed from the facility I requested paper information of my medications, diagnoses, and other information it was never given to me. I also had gotten my father to come pick my belongings and only got a few things HARBOR POINT STOLE MOST OF MY BELONGINGS!!! AND LOST SOME TOO!!!! Staff would and will scream at your kids. Rooms are dirty. Staff is extremely rude. I called "Mrs Ashleys" number A few times and requested to talk to her about my belongings and information and she never answered. I want my stuff back or Im going to the court. Do NOT send your kids you will regret it.
