My son has been going here for almost 3 years for speech and a year and a half for ABA. His speech teacher gets 5 stars, he loves her and she very rarely cancels. ABA services……. When the tech actually shows up, is great but it’s a 50/50 toss up everyday on if that’s gonna happen. My son has been through 5+ therapists. Some were good, some were great but they all had the same thing in common, calling in. At least once a week if not more. I don’t know if this company just treats their employees badly so the employees don’t care or if there are just no consequences for not showing up. There should be a disclaimer during the schedule process that says “ATTENTION YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF YOUR TECH, HOPE YOU GET SOMEONE RELIABLE”. Either way you 100% cannot depend on them, which means your job can’t depend on you and you will be the one fired not the tech. Front desk is awesome, always very apologetic. Overall everyone is very nice but being nice doesn’t pay the bills or help your child with therapy. I have tried finding a way to contact their corporate office but haven’t found one yet which tells me they don’t actually care about or want to fix the issue. I’m positive the only reason they have any kids at all is because there are no other options in my area.

At first, our experience with this clinic was wonderful. My son loved going there and truly enjoyed his time with the therapists. The staff were initially friendly, helpful, and seemed dedicated to providing quality care. However, as time went on, the clinic’s deficiencies became apparent. The frequent staff turnovers began to affect the consistency of my son’s therapy. There were several instances when therapists notified us at the last minute about their absence. Eventually, we were informed that they no longer had enough personnel to provide my son with the therapy sessions he needed. Despite repeatedly requesting updates, I was consistently told the same thing with no resolution. I even sent an email to the supervisor requesting an explanation and details on next steps, but I never received any response—no call, text, or email. Seven months later, I find myself starting the process all over again, putting my son on another waiting list with a new company due to the clinic’s irresponsible management and lack of communication. Additionally, one of the therapists displayed a poor attitude and a lack of empathy toward my son. When we brought this up to the supervisor, we were assured that the therapist would be retrained, but there was no follow-up or noticeable improvement. It’s incredibly disheartening that such a crucial service could be handled so incompetently and inconsistently. The clinic is conveniently located near our home, which initially seemed like a great advantage, but the poor management and lack of accountability have overshadowed this convenience. I hope the clinic takes steps to address these issues so that other families do not have to endure the same frustrations we did.

My child has been going to this location for 8 years receiving ALL services to include ABA, Speech and OT. However, since the original company was bought out by HealthPro there have been many issues with how my daughter who is a patient is being treated by the new company and its policies. I am being told what services I will receive and how often because they are running the clinic like a business. Even though my child is approved for an extended time they TELL you what you will have with no discussions. Changing schedules and therapist to fit what they want. Regardless of what’s best for the child and what the parents want for their children.

I was skeptical for my son to come here because the reviews , BUT he has learned how to talk , communicate how he is feeling , doesn’t resort into hitting as much , tantrums have calmed down and so much more . I appreciate ALL the staff here for what they do because their job is not easy . I really appreciate the tech who works with my son ana’stacia and Ms.Carolin they have done so much for my son and they always keep me update on his progress . Everyday when I pick him up I’m informed on what they did for the day and his behavior. Everyone has different experiences and I’m sorry for the bad reviews but don’t let that stop you for giving this place a try. We are all human sometimes the staff gets sick and has to call out sometimes emergencies happen but they really do all they can for the kids here and I see that with all the techs 💙

I am actually extremely disappointed, my 2 kiddos have seen ATS since 2021, however now I have heard nothing back about one of their ABA referrals, despite several attempts to referrals and authorizations, and the other one has ABA, Monday thru Thursday with 3 DIFFERENT therapist at home from 4-6 pm and none of them seem to be interested in redirecting him or offering him any forms of consequences to his actions in any way Basically, he just runs around the house for 2 hours doing whatever he wants in my face and they wait for me to do something to engage him back into whatever they may have planned for him. Yes, that is a problem, cause when they leave at 6, he assumes he's going to get away with non-discipline. Nope. He is not! I try to give them their 2 hrs to work with him, never realized I would have to Intervene as much as I do. It is actually very very sad to think this is the medical assistance we get for a kid that has his own challenges, and ABA is supposed to help in modifying the behavior. They can't keep his attention or focus, and he apparently can't keep theirs. SMH The therapists are super sweet, but the inconsistencies are over the top. I just don't feel as if this is the best ATS could be doing with my 2 children.

The 1 star rating is for the management and appointment staff only. Absolutely laughable. We coordinate days in advance to cancel an appointment and they don't communicate that to the RBT (easily 15+ times over 3 years now) and now they've decided to charge $75 if you as the parent fail to notify in advance ( >2 hours) but ATS doesn't play by their own rules, routinely canceling last minute with zero repercussions. We stuck around for the therapists and BCBA, but everyone else here is a joke. Find another provider, one that cares for their customers AND employees.
