Terrible professionalism, they give you a waiting list, you finish the waiting list and 2 months to receive documentation that they never find in the office, finally they find it, another few months and the supervisor never returns your call after many voice messages, terrible, terrible since you wait more than a year for the therapies, they tell you to see if they will accept you😠😠 in itself the wait is a year and I measured it at two years to see if they will accept you
I have been with this company for a years but this month all of the sadden they decided to stop my son’s service with a phone call right before his session was about to start. First, they had me to wait more then a month and couldn’t find a therapist to put on my sons case then after finally finding a therapist they decided to stop the service because my son got aggressive towards to the therapist. I think it common and can happen with the special needs kids but they said that they are thinking about there therapist safety and can’t continue the service. They didn’t even give me a time to find out another provider before they stopped there service. They always short on therapist and it takes them forever to find you a therapist. I had a lot of therapist who left this company very recently so, Im sure you need to think about before choosing this company for your kids. If I would be able I would give 00000 to them. I would not recommend this agancy just stay away from them and don’t waste your time.
It was okay but when they a second person named andrea was a boring person when she came to my house for session she was in her phone I wanted to kick her out of my room hate her so much boring Person ever
My daughter had been going here for over a year. She had several therapist to help her out. One day out of no where they decided to cut her from the program. Without talking to us or informing us. They did not notify us or even bother to call us. We had to find out after several sessions had been canceled. But my sons had still been active. We decided if you can't help one of my children you can't help the other and canceled his therapist as well. The lack of communication was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location save your self time and the bs.
its more about hour policy and not child meeting their goals I never got communication about their auth Expiring so they had alot of miss sessions because of this never let me know my kids last day was going to be. Will not recommend this if your looking long term service or for progress
I am a worried mom and I have called and emailed several office but only holding hands returned my call.I wasn’t expecting any call until Monday and yet I got a call on Saturday afternoon. It was only a consultation call, but Patrick was so authentic and sincere in helping me, I am not even a patient yet. He took time explaining and have given me advices during our conversation. He could’ve told me to sign up for a treatment right away. He patiently listened and clearly gave me pointers on what to look for and expect. He is an epitome of what health care is. I highly recommend them. In case, my family needs help ( hopefully we won’t) . This is the place where I can put my trust on knowing we will get the help we might need. Take note, I am not a patient yet, but he was very patient and welcoming.
I was a student of the PEER program and it was really beneficial for me. Thanks to the group I became able to hang out with friends outside of the group more. I had a better understanding of them and improved on making compromises. Also, who can forget Marlene’s boots. I definitely won’t forget them thanks to one of the group members. Definitely come here if you want to feel comfortable in the Social Skills group setting.
Hello, I’m a student of the PEERS program and what can I say I just love it. The facilitators were lovely and nice and flexible when we had an issue or disagreement. The facilities are always clean and I’m pretty sure the FDA would give them an A. P.S. the was a facilitator named Marlene and she had some tall laced boots that don’t look good but she likes them so I allow her to wear them for the time being.
