Horizon Therapy Services (SB)

Goodmorning , I would like to file a complaint a phone call I had earlier 10/31 11:00am today. The person I spoke with was very disrespectful and unwilling to assist. My son has had fever for two days , and instead of offering any understanding or support , she told me that if I did not bring him in , he would be placed on the waiting list. When I requested to speak with someone else, she responded, “ go file a complaint” and that’s exactly what I’m doing right now for her and then hung up the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No parent should be treated this way especially when reaching out about their sick child. Her attitude and tone were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Staff members who answer calls should treat partners with respect and focus on finding solutions, not making the situation more stressful. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. Please ensure that appropriate action is taken so that other parents do not experience the same treatment in the future.

4th day calling to try to make an appointment. My son has been approved & for some reason no matter what time i call they never answer the phones. How am i supposed to make an appointment when im being sent straight to voicemail & no callbacks.

To anybody that has a Child with autism I strongly DO NOT recommend this place They Have no consideration for the children who have melt downs.. but also To us parents who care give for these children . I will no longer take my child here .

I am a patient here. The environment was excellent, Kim Kingsland is a Master at what she does, and has made it possible for me to return to work, Laura at the front desk was always helpful, Mrs Pinto is a person to have at the establishment as well, I will definitely recommend this to others.

Mel was a wonderful therapist for my kid, he can be a handful but she knew exactly how to communicate with him and make the most out of his therapy sessions

It was a great experience for physical therapy…. No pain no gain well is like to suggest you See Kim K. If or When you do go she is very helpful light hearted and truly cares about you getting better always ask how much pain your in an adjust accordingly…… all and all awesome person and she gives you candy when your session is complete.

Very satisfied with my son’s current therapist she is amazing patient and great! She works really well with my son. My son always comes out happy and is always asking for his therapist! I’ve seen Lots of growth in my son since starting with his therapist. I feel very blessed. Thank you so much, Ms. Annie. You’re the best.
