Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and disorganized. Basic communication was a struggle, and issues that should have been simple to resolve were handled poorly. Very disappointing experience overall.
My son began speech class a little after his second birthday. He had no interest in talking and would just grunt at stuff. Crazy how you learn what the different grunts mean as a parent. lol. We worked with both Ms Paige and Ms Tayler. It’s been a little over a year and my son graduated today from speech class. He now feels confident and empowered with his words. You can have full conversations with him and he pretty much never stops talking from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed. I highly recommend IICA Speech. 10 out of 10!
This is the main place for Meet Me Halfways that happened a lot in 2024.
Our daughter has been in speech therapy for the last few years, and working with Paige has made a world of difference. Paige not only helped her build confidence and develop the skills she needed to recognize and correct her own speech mistakes, but she also made the learning process fun and engaging. The two built a great relationship and genuine friendship along the way. We can’t thank Paige enough for her support and dedication, and we would highly recommend IICA Speech to any family looking for caring, effective, and professional speech therapy.
We have been taking our Son to IICA in Kalispell for speech therapy for several months. The folks there (Paige and Taylor in our case) are absolutely wonderful. They are so friendly and kind, and you can tell they love what they do, which is helping children. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
In this place I definitely add a video about Havana Music video because usually, Meet Me Halfways that come before an exclamation point which all work at IICA San Jose have What Meet Me Halfway Do For Excited.
My favorite part of that place is them watching Illumination.
We can not thank Tayler and Paige at IICA speech enough for all of their help and dedication to help our little one. They made therapy feel like nothing but play. My toddler had no idea how hard he was working and went from saying only a few words to using 3+ word sentences in just a few month. They are kind, patient and adaptive to your child's interests and needs.We could not be more thankful for the team at IICA for helping our family!
