Innovate ABA and Speech

Innovate ABA has changed the lives of my children and family. We wouldn’t be where we are right now if it wasn’t for the work of their owner and staff. This should be the first facility you visit when looking into ABA for your little one.

The team at innovate are so sweet with our little one. He was diagnosed with autism earlier this year and since he started working with the staff at innovate he has had tremendous growth and development. Everyone involved in his care has been amazing, truly caring for the whole child. We are so grateful for the time put into our little one, really giving him every opportunity to continue to grow. It has been a great experience:)

When we first started with Innovate ABA, my child was struggling with behavior, elopement, and speech—he was completely non-verbal at that time. Within just a month, we saw such incredible improvements: fewer behaviors, less elopement, and overall progress that gave us so much hope. The team recommended an assisted communication device, and although I was hesitant at first, it turned out to be a complete game changer. For the first time, my child had a way to communicate with us, which led to fewer meltdowns and eventually encouraged him to start speaking as well. Watching him become a pro at using the device was amazing! The therapists at Innovate were phenomenal—friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. My child adored every single one of them. We attended full time, five days a week, and he was always excited to go. They made therapy engaging through games, books, songs, drawing, and playdates with other children. It never felt clinical—it felt like a safe, fun, and loving space for growth. We’ve tried other ABA providers, but none compare to Innovate ABA. From their incredible staff to the thoughtful daily breakdowns we received at pickup, the experience was unmatched. Innovate truly gave my child the tools to thrive, and for that, we’ll always be grateful.

My son started at Innovate ABA in January 2024, and the impact this clinic has had on our lives has been truly life-changing. My son, who is nonverbal, is now using functional words, and his behaviors have improved dramatically—all thanks to the dedication and care of the staff here. He also recently began speech therapy with Innovate, and within just a month, I’m already seeing so much progress. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the support, love, and consistency this team has given us. From day one, my son has loved attending, and every staff member has been nothing short of amazing. With our previous ABA provider, we struggled with constant staff turnover, but at Innovate, I’ve never had that issue. In fact, something that stands out most is that not only do his assigned BTs know him, but the entire office seems to know each child by name. That sense of community makes such a difference, especially when a substitute is needed. My regular meetings with his BCBA have also been incredibly valuable. I’ve learned so much as a parent, and I always feel seen, supported, and respected. I wholeheartedly recommend Innovate ABA to any family searching for compassionate, effective, in-clinic ABA services. This place has been a blessing for our family, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Both of our boys spent time at innovate and we couldn’t be happier with the team here. Both of our boys were in such great hands and we felt fully supported by this clinic. We appreciated all of the parent support we received and felt that we left with a great set of tools and confidence. Definitely recommend innovate!

Innovate has been absolutely amazing for our family! My son has been thriving!
