I recently worked with Yashika regarding a billing concern I had, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She handled everything quickly, kept me updated, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy one. This really shows how much this clinic cares about its patients, not just in their healthcare but also in their customer service. The providers are great, and the staff has also been absolutely wonderful :)

Shalom, Amalia. Ana, and Briana are all amazing. Dr. Goyal protect them at all cost because they run the practice smoothly and efficiently. As some mentioned in a previous comment you should think about hiring more front desk staff to take calls because phones are ringing left and right. 2/3 times am I having to leave a voice message. But I do get a reply within 2 days. I know the current staff are at their max capacity. I really like my therapist, Sarah Biggs and my psychiatrist Dr. Bouchard. Sarah is your number one asset, it’s hard to find some who is truthful, kind, non judgmental and who will actually help you get to the root of your problems. Dr. Bouchard has a sense of humor which helps during stressful situations. But man is he late to many of our appts about 5-10 mins. But it’s worth it, because he gives quality of care to each patient. Listens to the overarching issues going on in my life. Getting an appt with him has been easy. Your people are the one that make this practice thrive. Plz don’t get rid of them!!!!!!

Dr Bhagwan Bahroo is experienced, patient and caring. He really cares about how you are coping in your daily life. I would highly recommend him as a psychiatrist.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Rankin earlier this year, and every visit since then has been a genuinely positive experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a calm, thoughtful way of approaching care. He truly listens, takes every symptom into account, and makes decisions with care and transparency. What I appreciate most is that he explains things clearly and ensures I feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. After years of feeling tense with other providers, it’s a relief to finally have someone who genuinely cares and makes appointments feel reassuring instead of stressful.

This clinic is very exceptional and professional. The doctors and staff are very caring, especially in the way they treat their patients. And they always ensure follow ups.

I started going to Inspire for treatments a couple of weeks ago and it is a really great place. It has a very calming atmosphere and energy to it that I feel as soon as I step inside. All of the staff are very friendly, professional, caring, and motivated to help all clients through this healing process. I have never felt treated like a number there, as with many other places. Maggie is very kind and always willing to lend an open ear and consistently provides excellent, compassionate care. I have never felt like a burden to her or anyone who works there. Dr. Goyal is also fantastic and truly cares about improving the lives of her clients. She and all staff are greatly invested in providing the highest quality of care possible and that is clearly evident when we discuss my progress and treatment thus far. Also, the treatment that I am currently doing has already begun to help a bit!!! I am blown away. I know I have quite a ways to go, but I am in shock that I have already noticed improvement, as I am beginning to actually begin to enjoy some activities again and have also noticed a small decrease in ruminating on negative thoughts, etc. something I have struggled with immensely for my entire life. Really wish I had known about Inspire sooner, but so grateful that I do now!!! Highly recommend!!! :)

I switched to IBH in Fall 2022 after a terrible experience with Kaiser psychiatrists. When I found out IBH accepted Kaiser insurance, I made the switch—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Bouchard is absolutely AMAZING. After going through a toxic relationship, a difficult marriage, and a painful divorce and custody battle, I was in a really dark place. Dr. Bouchard helped me get back to feeling like myself again. He’s been with me every step of the way—carefully managing my medication and supporting me through my mental health and sleep issues. The office staff is also fantastic—super responsive with refill requests or appointment scheduling. It's so easy to get in touch when I need help or want to check in about something. My mental health has completely turned around, and I truly credit Dr. Bouchard for being a huge part of that healing process. As long as my insurance continues to cover his services, I’ll be his patient for life. :)

Although I have been taking the same medication for months and my doctor knows they cannot be adjusted at this time, this office does not appear to allow automatic refills, and I need to contact them ahead of time for this. Unfortunately, the phone is seldom answered when I call, and I have to play a cat-and-mouse voicemail game with staff. At this point, I run out of medication this weekend, and I will need to somehow obtain an emergency refill to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms. Do not expect to be able to talk to staff when you call. My doctor is great and if it were not for these issues I would have no complaints.
