I attended their grand opening and all the staff members were so nice and welcoming. Their center was so spacious, colorful, and thoughtfully curated. You can tell that a lot of care went into creating an environment that feels safe, engaging, and supportive for the kids. The energy of the team was warm and professional and it’s clear they’re passionate about the work they do. A great addition to the community!

I would not trust my children with this company based on the experience we've had over the past year. There has been a complete lack of clinical stability and support — which is incredibly concerning when it comes to something as important as ABA therapy. In that time, three different BCBAs have come and gone, making it difficult to maintain any consistent care plan or progress for my child. During the long stretch without a consistent BCBA, Nicole the "program manager" was overseeing things. Unfortunately, her behavior has been consistently dismissive and unprofessional. She often comes across as irritated by questions, rolls her eyes, and responds in a condescending manner. I've witnessed this not only in my own interactions but also in the way she speaks to other parents and even staff — with a clear lack of courtesy or respect. It’s especially disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a setting meant to support children with disabilities. There seems to be no accountability, and her attitude creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment — particularly in the already cramped lobby area where families wait. Recently, a new male BCBA reached out and expressed that he would be more directly involved with my child, which gave me a bit of hope. However, that was short-lived after speaking with another caregiver who shared they’d had similarly negative experiences with the same program manager. If you’re looking for an ABA provider that truly prioritizes clinical consistency, professionalism, and respect for families, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience has been frustrating, disheartening, and far from what any parent should have to deal with.

It’s a complete joke. If the patient is late more than 15 minutes, therapies leaves session. I am a very understanding person who values their time and Being considerate for starting sessions later than expected like over an hour. Please don’t waste their time with them.

Intercare recently gave a presentation at our business, and we were thoroughly impressed. Their team delivered a polished, engaging, and informative overview of their ABA services, clearly demonstrating a deep commitment to high-quality care and meaningful collaboration within the community. It was evident that they value transparency, communication, and creating strong working relationships with other providers. The presenters were not only knowledgeable and well-prepared, but also incredibly warm, approachable, and open to questions. They took the time to understand our needs and how best to support the families we serve. We truly appreciate the effort Intercare put into connecting with our team and introducing their services. We look forward to building a professional relationship with them and confidently referring clients to their care. Their passion and dedication really stood out, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead!

This place is a joke. We have had 3 different BIs in the span of 4 months. The BIs are inexperienced and are not supported by the their supervisors so their retention rate is low. BIs get a generic training and the supervisor comes the first day to train them and then leave them to conduct the session on their own. We the parents were left to train the BIs. Some BIs have said we trained them better than the company. Save your money and time and go with another company that values their employees.

I'm motivated enough by my school's experiences with this company to hop on a throwaway account just to leave them a review. This is a horrible, horrible agency. I've been working in schools in a clerical capacity since 2005, I've seen a fair number of behavior intervention specialists in my time – and in turn, I've had dealings with a number of agencies that provide psych services. Intercare, far and away, is the worst I've ever experienced. As far as the individual people they send us, they've been fine for the most part. But an inevitable part of human life is, sometimes you have to be absent from work. Maybe you have a family thing that comes up, maybe you're sick. It happens to all of us. Intercare, for whatever reason, does not know this. Over the course of the last two years, since we started working with them, they have sent us a substitute behaviorist once. One time. Other times, when a behaviorist has to be out for whatever reason, we are on our own and they do not send us coverage. Reliably, if a behaviorist lets the agency know ahead of time that they need to be out, my school will not be notified. One of our behaviorists was kind enough today to call our office and let us know she would be out ill – and she told us that Intercare specifically asks their behaviorists not to reach out to the school directly. For some reason. Calling their office is also a tricky proposition, because they often will not answer the phone. If we do get through, often the person we speak with on the other end of the line seems clueless or uninformed about the behaviorist absence that we're calling to inquire about. If it were up to me, I would never use Intercare... but for some reason, LAUSD is just fine wasting money on their terrible service. If you're a parent and have any say in the agency that provides help to your child, DO NOT USE INTERCARE.

Welcome to the area in Anaheim!!!!! The business seems to be in a small private and peaceful area.

We chose them because it fits our schedule. First BI was ok, our son wasnt engaging more with her but its understood since it was only 2 weeks or so. But she resigned and we got a substitute BI. Our son seems to engage with her more and listens to her most of the time. My only complain is she doesnt come on time. Eventhough we talked to the supervisor already about it. They also lack communication. They wouldnt know if a BI had cancelled a session or would find out late. My wife would wake up early enough to prepare before session and most of the or all the time the sessions are late. I wouldnt say its all a bad experience but they need to work on communication and punctuality.
