Hi, I was with Key Autism for over 3 years for my son, who has ASD. During that time, we had 8 different BCBAs. I personally do not recommend Key Autism. First of all, they often have no staff — sometimes we went without an RBT for 6 months. They wasted my son’s time, so please be careful. It was a frustrating experience. One of our BCBAs even recommended that I find a different company. I reached out to the area director, but he was no help at all. Please pay attention: most of the BCBAs just sit and work on their computers during sessions — they don’t actually work with the child. Please, do not waste your child’s time with this company. They never listen to parents’ concerns, and they clearly do not care.
