We’ve had a wonderful experience with Key Autism Services. The employees are kind and supportive, and the location is great. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Most importantly, my son loves it here, and we’ve seen such positive growth. Highly recommend!

As my nephew’s aunt, I’m disgusted by how Key Autism Center handled the situation involving my sister and her autistic son. My sister was falsely accused of being aggressive simply because she questioned something and spoke up — as any protective mother would. No violence ever took place, yet she was banned without warning or due process. Key Autism Center failed their responsibility to support not just the child, but the family unit that surrounds and advocates for him. They disrupted a medically necessary service for a five-year-old autistic child because they didn’t want to be held accountable. To other families: Be cautious. Advocacy is not aggression. And any center that punishes a parent for caring too much is not one you can trust. Would not ever recommend that anyone send their precious child to this school

As a grandmother, I never imagined I’d see my daughter and grandson treated so poorly by a place that is supposed to help children with special needs. My grandson is nonverbal and, on the spectrum, routine and trust mean everything for his growth. My daughter has been hands-on and committed to every step of his journey, only to be pushed away and falsely accused by Key Autism Center in Lithia Springs. She was banned without real explanation, just retaliation. That’s not how you treat a parent advocating for their child. My grandson lost his therapy and daily structure because of this center’s unprofessionalism and lack of compassion. Shame on them for failing our family.

As someone close to this family, I felt compelled to speak up. I’ve seen firsthand the dedication, love, and time that goes into making sure this little boy gets the care he needs. Watching what happened at Key Autism Center has been heartbreaking. The mother was wrongfully accused and banned with no explanation, which forced the child out of a structured, therapeutic setting. That’s not just unfair, it’s damaging. These services are crucial for autistic children, and no family should be penalized for advocating for better communication or care. If you’re a parent or caregiver looking for a safe, supportive environment for your child, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

I’m deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at Key Autism Center in Lithia Springs. I am a dedicated and involved autism mom who has always advocated for my son’s care and progress. Unfortunately, after a disagreement with staff member Victoria Brown, I was falsely accused of attempting to fight her, an accusation that is completely untrue and damaging to my character. A police report has been filed regarding this incident, and I am pursuing legal action. Following this situation, I was abruptly banned from the center without a proper investigation or communication. As a result, I’ve had to remove my son from the center and request all of his clinical documentation, including notes and progress reports, to transfer him to a new facility. The handling of this matter was unprofessional, traumatizing, and disruptive to my son’s routine and progress. I do not recommend this location to other parents. We entrust our children to these centers for support, not mistreatment or retaliation. I hope the center revisits their internal policies and prioritizes the safety and dignity of both children and their caregivers moving forward.
