There was a time when I faced an issue that escalated through the organization. In the end, Key Autism chose to act in my family's best interest, even though it resulted in a financial loss for the company. I’m not sure how many other companies would do the same.

Our son has significant behavioral challenges that we are actively working to reduce, and we’re seeing visible progress. At the same time, we’re focusing on increasing positive behaviors, and there’s improvement in that area as well. Overall, progress is being made. We are still in the early stages of services, but things are going well so far. Communication has been excellent, and the staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The plan is specifically tailored to meet our family’s needs. For anyone seeking ABA services, Key Autism Services is a great option.

We have a very weird schedule because my wife and I both have fluctuating with schedules. Key autism services works with us to figure out how best to receive services and in the correct location. They also incorporated weekend hours and signed a few different therapists so we can get the services we do desperately needed. I am so thankful for key and what they do for us. i highly recommend

Before starting services I compared a few different ABA agencies. The challenge is to understand who is not reading words from a script. I visited a few key autism services clinics and they were happy to give me a tour and spend time with me. They was no pressure to join and everything was done on my timeline. I made the right choice by joining key and months later I stand by my decision. The progress is happening and in the end the progress is what counts. They deserve the full five stars!!

Our child had extreme social issues and was unable to play or interact with others without getting aggressive or having a tantrum. When we joined key autism services, services were stated in the home and then they interested the services to a center of theirs. Our child learned how to play with others and can now have play dates without world war three breaking out. It may seem like a minor thing but it's actually a huge positive change in our lives. Key autism services does great work and I am proud to be a client of theirs good thinkin. me thankful.

I find the key situation services makes their decisions based on what is needed by their clients. At one point we were receiving services at their clinic and then it was a hybrid of home and in clinic and at some point just in home. The reason for this was based on the skills our child and family needed to squire the location was very important. They explained to me that the can customize the environment better in specific locations to maximize results. The thought that they put into this is mind blowing.
