Parents don't waste your time with these people! In less than a year of service we were assigned 3 different BCBAs, one of which was remote even though they promised me there wouldn't be remote care. Twice as many BTs. The turn over rate is far too often to be therapeutic. On top of that they are report happy. They will report you to child protection for an autistic kids room being what they deem as dirty and suspend service for a minimum of a week until they inspect your house. Having worked as an RBT I have seen unfit places to work; a messy room is par for the course in this field. It is a learning opportunity not an Osha violation. Heck crawling through saliva is pretty par for the course when dealing with young kids on the spectrum. The final nail in the coffin is when they began pestering my child in order to collect data for insurance and changed the session environment from friendly and playful to strict and uncomfortable. There was no gaining assent or motivation before demands were placed.
