Exceptional customer service! Best agency out there!

Limited hours for doing a UA. Tell you they except insurance at your intake appointment, they don’t. Also UA cost is about $6.00 more than the other places around town. There’s much better places to get your requirements finished. Also for therapy they make you buy a workbook around $35.00. Don’t offer online therapy. Switched to a different agency and so glad I did.

Everyone here is very friendly and understanding. The counselors are very professional and knowledgeable. It's been a rough time in my life but they made it a seamless transition for me to get help and educated. Kasey, Angelo, and Sam are the best!!
