Leaps and Bounds helped our son so much! He had mild torticollis and needed support with overall movement. The team was kind, knowledgeable, and so supportive. Huge thanks to Nicho, Alexis, and Georgia — you made a big impact in his progress. We’re very grateful!

I’m so grateful for Leaps and bounds. My son has only been attending about two months but has already Made a lot of progress. On Wednesdays he sees Joanna for PT and Kayla for OT. Thursdays, he sees Lauren for PT and Kayla for OT. I’m so blessed that he has these women that genuinely care about his progress. They’ve always Been so patient with all my questions And concerns. I highly recommend leaps and bounds. Everyone here has great customer service from the girls at the front desk to everyone in the back. I also love the fact that the owner Cassie is from Norco and brings Business back to Norco

We are so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that Yolanda Perez-Soto puts into teaching our son, Noah, in speech therapy. She has such a patient, caring, and encouraging approach that truly makes a difference. We’ve seen Noah grow in both confidence and communication skills thanks to her creative methods and consistent support. Yolanda makes learning fun and engaging, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients progress. We couldn’t ask for a better speech therapist for our son—thank you for all that you do!

After seven years of loyal attendance, I feel deeply compelled to share my experience with Leaps and Bounds, particularly for parents of children with more severe disabilities who are desperate for genuine, long-term support. On the surface, this facility markets itself as a cutting-edge, compassionate therapy center offering speech, OT, PT, and even hippotherapy. But what they don’t show you in the photos or glossy fundraising events is how little they actually invest in your child behind closed doors. My son is nine years old, nonverbal, severely autistic, and unable to complete basic daily tasks like dressing or toileting. He began services here at age two and, heartbreakingly, has regressed over time. Despite the severity of his needs, his therapy sessions were gradually cut back without explanation — first to once a week, then to twice a month, unless I called and fought for more. I was told he could only attend if I stayed on-site because they “didn’t have staff who could handle him.” This is a child who has never had a stable therapist at this facility — constant turnover, with new faces every few weeks. How is a severely autistic child supposed to thrive in that environment? They promised support with multiple speech apps beyond just Proloquo2Go. That never happened. They promised consistent, goal-driven progress. That never happened. They claimed to offer individualized therapy, but in reality, most sessions were 25 rushed, disengaged minutes — just enough to check a billing box. Many other centers provide 45-minute sessions. The difference matters. Worse, Leaps and Bounds is not equipped for children with complex physical needs. There is no adult-sized changing table at either their Norco or Corona locations. I had to leave the facility every single time my son needed a diaper change, just to go out to my van. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s humiliating and discriminatory. For an organization that prides itself on serving children with disabilities, this is unacceptable. The founder, Cassie (whose last name I still do not know after seven years), appears publicly as a hero of inclusion — hosting lavish charity events where guests wear Derby hats and donate thousands to keep the horses fed. But when it comes to real, day-to-day inclusion of older, severely disabled children? The truth is harder to stomach. They focus their energy on toddlers and easy cases. Once your child becomes too big, too hard, or too complex, the support disappears. My son was used as a number in their success stats, but never truly supported. He didn’t grow here. He wasn’t respected here. And the worst part is, I stayed too long hoping things would improve. If you’re a parent looking for a place that will actually invest in your child’s development — consistently, respectfully, and without discrimination — please, look elsewhere. This place is not what it pretends to be.

I have been taking my daughter here for about 1 year now and we have noticed great improvement. My daughter can form sentences, she her muscle tone has improved and she’s able to accept (for the most part) different textures. I also want to mention how great the staff is. I absolutely love how each specialty communicates and effectively work on all of her goals together. Ms. Maggie, Ms. Kylee, Ms. Kira, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Cristina and Ms. Lindsay have so helpful in getting my child to be where she is today. I would highly recommend coming to leaps and bounds.
