Little Legends ABA Therapy

I worked at this clinic briefly, and I am writing this review because I am deeply concerned about what I personally witnessed during my time there. Parents deserve to know what I observed before trusting a facility with their children’s care. During my time working here, I witnessed children engaging in severe behaviors, including children hurting themselves and hurting other children. I saw situations where RBTs appeared overwhelmed and unable to safely manage the behaviors, and the children continued engaging in these behaviors without the intervention or support I expected to see from supervising staff. I also witnessed situations where RBTs were struggling with challenging behaviors while BCBAs were present but did not step in to provide assistance. I also personally observed concerns regarding data collection and documentation practices that I believe need to be reviewed. Because of what I witnessed, I plan to report my concerns to the appropriate oversight organizations, including insurance providers, NC Medicaid, and other relevant agencies so these issues can be investigated. My greatest concern is for the children and families receiving services. Parents trust ABA providers to keep their children safe and provide ethical, quality care, and I believe the concerns I witnessed deserve to be looked into. This review reflects my personal experience and firsthand observations while working at this clinic.

My daughter receives ABA services at Little Legends, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support she gets. The therapists are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her progress. We’ve seen real improvements, and she enjoys going, which means so much as a parent. The whole team is professional, kind, and always willing to communicate and guide us along the way. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend Little Legends to any family looking for quality ABA services.

This place is unprofessional and inefficient. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this facility based on my experience. During my child’s time here, I arrived for pick-up to find a large knot on his forehead. I was not notified of the incident at the time it occurred, which raised serious concerns about communication and safety protocols. My son was newly diagnosed with ASD when he attended, and I was still learning what to expect from ABA therapy. Since transferring to a different clinic, I have seen significant improvement in his progress and overall well-being. Parents considering this facility should carefully evaluate their options to ensure the environment meets their child’s needs.

Best ABA in Charlotte, North Carolina my child has the best time/ experience with Little Legends. As an mother with a child with gifted talents ( no we don't use special need) . Little Legends ABA therapy has helped my son embark on those special qualities. The staff is amazing and their communication with the parents keeps me updated on his daily achievements pictures, texts and brightwheel is awesome. We have monthly parents / staff training. Little Legends ABA Therapy (center base ) has activities going on daily. My non- verbal child is exhausted and can't wait to share with family what he learned after his section. The environment is calm, welcoming and family friendly. Also smell pretty good in there also. Truly a plus! My child attend Litle Legends were there is Love,Learning and leadership .
