My son has been attending Little voices since the age of 3 he’s now 7. Little Voices has change us in many ways for the better. If it wasn’t for the director of little Voices Mrs. Pappo we would have never found he has Apraxia. My son is autistic, has a speech impediment with an underline of Apraxia. Because of her and her staff not only have I ask my insurance for more speech time but she also sat with me in my IEP meeting asking them for more speech time during school hours. They have gone above and beyond with my son. I have nothing negative to say about them as a whole.

Don’t take your child here especially if they have special needs. Miss Jackie doesn’t cater to the child’s specific needs. She has her very set way or the highway. She was very judgy and gives off a harsh tone. She also refused to apologize after making me feel uncomfortable. She’s also a clock watcher. Never coming back here. I take my son to Learning Tree Therapy for Occupational and Physical therapy and now I will switch his Speech therapy to Learning Tree too. So disappointed with Little Voices staff and unprofessionalism.

The therapist Natalie is amazing and I give her 5 stars. However this review is for an office staff named Evelyn. So I call to reschedule my daughter's appointment slot because the day no longer worked for me. Moreover, let me add that when my daughter started her journey here during upon her evaluation, I was informed they were recommending 1 session for 1 hour which i understood included the time it would take therapist to do notes etc. So in essence the child gets 45 minutes of therapy which is fine no problem. When my child gets scheduled they told me they only have 1 20 min slot available, fine no problem. Moving to today i call to switch days and ask about availability for the full recommend time from her evaluation. So this lady Evelyn begins to speak to me in the most condescending tone telling me it doesn't matter what is recommended that the only thing that matters is their availability. I responded that I understood the concept of availability but that recommended time does matter because you would want your child to eventually fulfill the recommended time. However, she kept huffing so hard over the phone and telling me how it doesnt matter, it doesn't matter in the most nasty tone. When I called I always kept a calm tone never raised my voice or was aggressive so it was very upsetting to be treated this way for no reason. We attend this facility to help our kids but this treatment was unnecessary and not right this person Evelyn has no business talking to clients this way and definitely should be trained to deal with customers professionally.

My Favorite Place! My autistic son learned to communicate thanks to these therapies; he continues to be a client here. Nicole, the director, has been very professional and kind to us. Thank you, Little Voices.

My 3 year old receives speech and language therapy from Ms. Jenny. She's amazing and has so much patience with him. He's made a lot of improvement on his speech and language development. Office staff are also very friendly.

I love this place! All of the educators are top notch and they actually care about your kids and their development linguistically. They are patient and are not easily frazzled which is so important with kids, especially toddlers. I am so glad I found this place! If you are in need of speech therapy for your child, bring them here!
