I love this place so much. They’ve worked so hard with my son to make him feel comfortable & he’s learning so much. It’s because of them that my son has come as far as he is. Very helpful staff & always nice.
Great people and staff
My child has been going here for years, and I have nothing but nice things tonsay about the life-changing work they do here with special needs children :)
They didn’t answer my phone calls voicemails or emails while I waited 3 months to get an appointment while my child’s health deteriorated. Finally got started on treatment. First appointment we went over the same questions I responded to months prior when completing the two hour questionnaire. Second appointment was cancelled on last minute, and after a month the therapist just quit. Next therapist was really nice however she kept waiting for my child to warm up to her….three months in and my child isnt enthusiastically greeting you so…most of the appointment time was spent playing and a few minutes working on treatment. I got up early and spent so much time getting my two under two kids ready and out the door and on time only to feel like my time was wasted…also both therapists felt the need to give me unsolicited parental advice whenever I thought I would mention something that could help them with treating my child, they are clearly childfree. Extremely disappointed.
I have been taking my amazing autistic daughter to ptn since she was a one year old, and she is now six years old, and still has therapy three times a week. We have been so blessed to have pediatric therapy Network in Torrance. Every therapist has been professional, caring, and genuinely concerned with our child's needs first. I am so inspired by the clients at ptn and the therapist that serve them so well.
They have made me a much better father. I can now relate to my two year old and our relationship is very close. Their program teaches parents how to best meet the needs of their kids.
