Both of my boys absolutely love it here! They're already accomplishing so much!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

Awful intake process. Terrible communication. If your child can’t walk they will not evaluate your child, but they will wait until you have filled out all the paperwork scheduled all the meetings before they tell you. And honestly, whether or not my child can walk or not should not matter.

With a number of ABA interventions we had, we found Mosaic Pediatric Therapy the perfect fit. We are aligned with what is best for our son taking into considerations the needs of our family as a whole. My ADMIRATION to Mosaic and its staff.

So I was not aware that this facility is new at diagnosing autism. We were referred to this therapy to have an autism diagnosis done. And a lot of things I feel were done inappropriately and not in a manner that would appear correct.Or give accurate results. First off, when you do your facetime with the psychiatrist psychologist, whichever one it is that does the virtual Facetime with you. They're supposed to spend a set amount of time during that session that lasts about an hour and a half with the child and this one did not spend direct time with my child at all, And then upon doing the in person diagnosis, it lasted only 30 minutes. When we were told to be prepared for about an hour or Moreland it was in an environment that was peaceful, quiet. And no other children in the room very playful, which in my opinion is It's not what we as parents who feel like. We're dealing with a child with autism are always around. So I feel like that environment alone, and 30 minutes is not enough for them to see the things that trigger the children. I let them know my concerns. Their online and in person parent rating is so confusing that I can almost guarantee a lot of children have or will be misdiagnosed,Because of the way certain things are worded and it doesn't make sense. I express this to the therapist. When getting the results of no findings and a bunch of recommendations but no actual dorection of who to go to, something told me to ask her how long they've been doing autism diagnosing. And she said about a year!!! Had I known that this was an inexperienced place, and that was the end of the session.I would have never took all this time to go to this place, which was about an hour and ten minute drive from our home.If you have a child that you suspect may be on a spectrum.Whether the high end or low end, please find a more experienced place. Even if it means the wait being a bit longer, Because now we're seeking a second opinion, and I did let them know that. I was not satisfied with their finding or how they conducted the tests. Never did sound tests, texture tests, or a realistic reaction test.

To put it kindly, this place is a money grab. Most of the "RBT" staffed are new hires (seems like quite the turn over rate) who dont have any of the certifications to be a Registered Behavioral Therapist. Their is no "clinical plan" for your child. This is essentially daycare for special needs children.

Extremely poor management. None of the staff members have the proper certifications. Basically just a daycare that masquerades as a clinic.
