Only 2 stars because Kelsey is amazing and my son loved her. Other staff is rather off putting and the clinic director is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They do not do their parent training monthly as required and you’ll never get the truth about what’s actually happening with your kid while they’re there, especially seeing as most of their clients are non verbal. Therapists have no accountability and are chronically late for sessions. We’ve seen zero improvement or advancement in 4 months. Don’t waste your time, I wish I had went with my gut in the beginning.

We found Behavior Craft through word of mouth back in September and we will never stop recommending them! My son adores the staff, who by the way has not had a turn over since we’ve been there and from what I hear much longer than that. The staff truly seem to love their job and the kids. My son has a different special bond with each therapist, he has made HUGE improvements since his start in October and the facility is amazing! Every parents dream for their child to find a behavior specialist like this. As a mom of an autistic son, I feel the most supported I have ever. I’m always able to ask questions, schedule a meeting, or observe. I know the goal is to “graduate” but we will be so sad when we do have to leave Behavior Craft one day.
