Great service and wonderful staff

First of all this center should be rated 5 stars in my opinion. It was my first time there for a colonoscopy with Dr Ashley Jones. My appointment was at 7 30 am got by 645 am. I noticed the front desk were there and doing their job like it's not that early,I mean attentive work,friendly and informative. Didn't wait that long before a nurse called me took me upstairs and got me ready like a breeze, nice and thorough. While Iwas laying down in the waiting room.,another Dr came ask me some questions about my meds of course introduced himself calmly and put me at ease, the attended nurse was also cool,happy and reassuring, sat me for the next phase. For a minute I was kinda concerned, but a passing Dr maybe a male nurse told me hey take off that concern off your face,you be alright, in good hand here while he was singing quietly,that was a really a cool thing I heard that morning. I have to say something about the whole atmosphere before I left to the operation room,I noted that the whole staff are moving but with a purpose, talking,asking questions to each others,no complaints, no argue,no loud noise,pros hands down.now I am at Dr Ashley Jones operating room,great staff,friendly, love what they do.but after I was given the famous NC,nurse cocktail, I called it,I didn't know what happened, best sleep I ever had,the only thing I remembered was when the RN told me to show her my face as I was laying down and show the other face to DrJones.that was funny.bottom line,this center and it's staff deserve 5 stars,on all levels. My God Daughter just delivered with an Emergency Cesarian everything went well Thank God. She was 4lbs13oz😍 There is so much changed with Labor and Delivery now! The Doctors were good and attentive to her needs but there was one particular Nurse who was really Mean! I will not say names only this…. Nurses used to be Caring Kind and Sympathetic to the needs of patients and I understand a bad day but should not be at the expense of a patient with staples and stitches in their belly or any other patient under their care! She literally hated to see her on Shift! Be Kind to People 🙏🏾🧘🏾‍♂️

My child needed emergency surgery on his appendix. We were transferred from Tifton GA and the service was 5 HUGE stars! They took amazing care of him with medicine and around the clock care. Great people with great attitudes, from the front desk to the surgeon who performed the surgery, from the recovery nurse to making sure we understood the post-op instructions. I couldn’t ask for better care! Thank you for getting my son the best care!

The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is calm. There's access to clean restrooms and an open waiting area that is never crowded. Dr. Johns has been a great help. His reassurance and advice has been very welcoming. The front desk staff have been polite and caring during check-ins, payments, and scheduling. No complaints after months of visits. Parking can be tricky on busy days but that's because parking is shared with other offices. It's not a big deal though. Parking is covered and your walk to the facility is covered to keep you out of the elements. I appreciate the fact that the automatic doors open when you enter the building but you must press a button to exit the building. This helps to keep your child safe and prevents them from running out of the door unexpectedly. I'm very pleased!

The people listed above went beyond the expectations I set for my experience at the Navicent health as a mother delivering Hannah which is a labor and delivery nurse made me feel and assured my safety at the side of my obgyn Mont-Louis which by the way is one of the best OB the center Georgia has ! They assured my safety which is top priority and made sure that at every step I mean step of the way I was comfortable, after leaving Labor and delivered because I had to get an emergency C-Section . Hannah made sure to make contact with my nurse Ashley who while she was here made sure my needs where met and was very gentle and kind to me and my child the whole night, my Charge Nurse Camille was a tough cookie to crack but one thing about it is she is awesome very technical and direct to the point and the duo of her and Mrs Debbie (tech) was a mix that only god but in front of me I really appreciate the mother nurturing that I received from Debbie to the consistent solution solving from Camille . Everybody else falls in place and did a great job but these ladies deserve some type of recognition for there job that they conducted beyond expectation and last but not least Alyssa Bonnardy handled the misunderstanding between and staff members very professional and low key and helped me and my guest understand the menu much better . Thank you again Navicent health for making my child birth better then the last .
