My son loves coming here! He’s improved so much over the past year. Jennifer has built such a great connection with him, and her supportive approach has made a big difference. Highly recommend!
I have been bringing my son here for over a year. I am very thankful of that. I love the changes I see in him. Jennifer is very creative in her approach with my son. Jennifer is very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend Pawsitive speech therapy .
We absolutely love Pawsitive Speech Therapy! After working with nearly 10 different speech therapists in the six months following our son's diagnosis, we finally found the perfect fit with Jennifer and Frances. Ms. Jennifer is truly amazing — her connection with our son and her ability to draw out so many words from him has been incredible to witness. We're so thankful for the care, skill, and encouragement she brings to every session. We couldn't be happier to have found her!
So happy we found Jen (and her dog Francis!) to help my son! She is so warm and personable and amazing at what she does. We felt very welcomed and I look forward to seeing my son's speech improve. Her office is inviting and having her dog there is such a unique touch.
In our search for a speech therapist as a mom of a 2 year old boy, I found that many of the providers covered by PPO insurance had 6-12 month long waitlists. The ones that don't give real...dmv vibes. My husband and I explored about 10+ providers (some covered by insurance and some not...lynne alba, learning tree, OC speech, etc.) between Long Beach and Orange County. What we learned is: 1. Choose a provider that wants you (mom and dad) involved in the process. Sessions build the foundation and it then can be enforced at home 2. Choose a provider that isn't overloaded with clients so you can get a higher quality of care 3. Kids want to talk when they're excited so a dog for example can really help break the ice and allow your child to open up. That said, our experience with Jen has been phenomenal! She truly cares about my son and she's a mom herself so she knows how family dynamics can be and is understanding of that. She keeps us involved and truly goes above and beyond. This past halloween she coordinated a trick-or-treat tour with the nearby offices for her kids to have fun with! She challenges my son so that he is constantly moving to the next level with his speech. The dog Francis is such a great helper! Sometimes the dog does nothing but stick by my son's side and that is enough and we love it. Take a chance on Jen, you will gain confidence in her services very fast especially in comparison to anyone else out there!
This place has been life changing for us! We had tried a few different therapists in the past and the Pawsitive Speech Therapy is much better than any other place we have tried. Jennifer is awesome, caring, knowledgeable, kind and full of energy. The sessions are amazingly engaging and fun, my son looks forward to seeing her (we the parents do too :))
