I haven't seen a doctor in probably to long, so I did have a little anxiety about my first appointment, but my provider Shannon Grant took that away instantly and made me feel very comfortable! She was also very understanding of my insurance/financial situation and went above and beyond to help accommodate my specific situation! Definitely recommend 👌

It's always a great appt . Tiffany is so easy to talk too and the only one that picked the right meds. I need for me. You never are rushed and you never leave feeling you concerns are not going to be met..She goes way beyond what most Drs do for you. She's is the best., ☺️.

Mrs Tiffany Davis is the very best. She really listens to what you're saying. I am comfortable talking about my issues with her and value her responses. The staff are also very approachable and easy to talk to.

My very first appointment with keymal I had to wait hours before seeing keymal when I got called back too start my session with him He Wasnt showing sympathy of any kind or paying any attention to me & not giving good advice or guidance on my mental health state during my session with him , he was more focused & worried what was goin on in his phone, just prescribing any kinds of meds to me which was very unhelpful & not good . Barely was listening to me SMH. he wasn’t really helping in any type of way. I didn’t agree with any of the meds he had prescribed to me & didn’t think they were good for me. I was very disappointed with the session with him & his actions towards me far as not listening & barely was paying me any attention to actually diagnose me with the proper meds for my mental state. Never went back to peace of mind after the disappointment & the lack of satisfaction with keymal & how the session went . I do not recommend peace of mind to any family members or friends. I feel like peace of mind isn’t a good place far as psychiatrist wise & being treated with proper treatment/meds. Peace of mind cares more about your money than caring about ur mental state & prescribing the proper meds for anyone’s mental illness.

I have been going to Peace of Mind Therapy for two years consistently now. My journey with Peace Of Mind Therapy has been deeply impactful, and I owe a significant portion of my progress to the exceptional expertise and compassionate guidance of Dr. Keymal Williams. Dr. Williams’ approach is not only highly effective in addressing the challenges I faced, but also created a safe and supportive space for me to explore and process my emotions. His commitment to understanding my individual needs and tailoring treatment to my specific circumstances has been invaluable. He is precise and to the point but he doesn’t make you feel rushed. It’s a almost a magical experience ‼️🤣🤣🤣. He makes you feel as if you are talking to a friend, not a clinician but in a healing way. Sometimes I don’t want to leave his office but I know he has other patients 🤣🤣. One time I had to bring my son (who is nonverbal autistic and a handful by the way ) with me and Dr. Williams was so kind and patient with him he actually calmed him down. That is EXTREMELY rare and it says A LOT about his energy ✨✨ . The man just might be an undercover shaman or a wizard 🤣🤣. Beyond the individual therapy sessions, I have consistently been impressed by the overall atmosphere at Peace Of Mind Therapy. The entire practice fosters a welcoming and supportive environment that truly promotes healing and well-being. From the friendly and efficient administrative staff to the thoughtful and considerate nature of all the clinicians I've encountered, the entire experience has been one of genuine care and professionalism. I am so pleased with Dr. Keymal care for my special needs daughter. My prayer has been that God would release my daughter from some medications. Dr. Keymal is an answer to prayer. She is now on less and added one medication and she is doing so well. Thank you. Dr Keymal

I have been a patient there for a couple of years and always paid my co pays and balances. They kept my card on file even though I never authorized them to do so or charge it. Like I said I always paid my balance before my appointments. Recently they decided to charge a balance 2 months before my next appointment without any notice or permission. After issues with them canceling my appointments after I show up and pay my co pay or the morning of the appointment and running out of meds a few times without any care on their end and still stayed a patient. So I cancel my last appointment but today I get a text that I owe them $85. How is this possible when they 2 months ago charged a balance due, early and I have not been back. This place will also charge you $50 just to change pharmacy’s if you move before your next visit. They will charge you for absolutely anything smile in your face and rush you out. 2 years was enough and they are still making up charges after I canceled my appointment and moved on to another provider. They have apologized for mistakes on their end and yet after taking what I did owe before the bill was due and without letting me know, I cancelled my last appointment and they send a text for a bill higher than any balance after an actual visit. I’m sure it is a cancellation fee or something else they made up. I changed banks, but a piece of advice, don’t leave a card on file at peace of mind. All they care about is your money and they will take it when they want it even if it isn’t past due. Also, if you post a review less then 5 stars they will encourage you to remove or change it if you want to keep your appointment. I have experienced that as well. They push hard for 5star reviews to get people in the door and treat you like you matter at first. I was very impressed at first myself. Then when they made schedule mistakes or the provider was to busy to see me after I paid my co pay, left work early and waited for 30 minutes in the lobby and I posted a review, I was encouraged to remove it if I wanted my prescriptions renewed and my appointment kept. Basically, after they made scheduling mistakes and gave me nothing but please remove your review to be seen again, they send me a bill for $85 no show even though I canceled my appointment 2 months ago when they just took money before it was due. So take the new 5 star reviews how you want. I’m not even a review type person but after the experience here, I had to say something. I just want to move on and not worry about money getting taken out of my bank at random from Tiffany Davis at Peace of Mind Therapeutic Solutions. They are supposed to help provide peace of mind, not add financial stress to the list of reasons for being a patient in hopes to heal your mind.
