Pediatric Developmental Therapy

Hello I want to let you guys know that maybe the staff is nice, but that won’t help my daughter get her feet straight so i decide to get her a new reference to another place. Where they are not only friendly but willing to make a progress on our babies!.

Please read this, don’t take your child to this place all they want is to make money find a second opinion. My daughter been going here for her feet and I don’t see no progress at all. Don’t lose your time I don’t recommend it.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My son was seen at the Raeford location, and I can confidently say that this practice cares more about making money than the well-being of the child. From the start, they were completely unwilling to work with us on our $40 specialist co-pay per visit, making an already expensive process even harder. But what really pushed me over the edge was the endless runaround I had to go through just to get the Letter of Necessity needed for his treatment. Here’s what that looked like: ➡️ Multiple unnecessary visits to my primary care doctor, Sandhills Orthotics, and the PT office—each time, another $40 out of pocket. ➡️ Total disregard for how this affects families financially—all while continuing to charge for regularly scheduled PT sessions. This is highway robbery and absolutely disgusting. A medical practice that truly cared about their patients would streamline this process and actually help families, rather than drain them financially. Do yourself a favor—DO NOT take your child here. They do not care about them, only about how much they can bill.

We love coming here! Jordan is such a great physical therapist. She reassures me and keeps me in a positive mindset. We have been coming for a month and my son is already getting stronger. Jordan handles my son’s tantrums so calmly. She has built a trusting relationship with him. We live closer to the Southern Pines location, but the drive to Raeford is worth it so we can see Jordan. Update to my review: I want to give a HUGE shout out to Ambra at the front desk in Raeford. She is so good at working the schedule, communicating, and taking care of things. She always greets us when we walk in, and is the perfect person to have for first impressions of the clinic! We appreciate you Ambra!!! Thank you again to Jordan who has our 19 month old officially walking FINALLY!!! We are so happy we found this place. We will greatly miss Cierra. We didn't get as much time with her for my sons speech therapy, but we appreciated her while we had her.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!! The physical therapists are fantastic. We’ve personally worked with Ms. Kylee and Ms. Jordan who were absolutely wonderful with our girls. Even the therapists we have not had the opportunity to work with know our girls names and have always been so kind. My girls have progressed so well in the short time we’ve been seen at the office. They’ve also been super accommodating with schedule changes and trying to get my girls seen at the same time or right after each other when possible. So so thankful we have such a good therapy office so close to us.

The staff are super friendly. They are very accommodating when I have to reschedule my son appointment. The therapist there that works with my son is super patient and very nice.

My son (4 years old) has been going here for speech and occupational therapy for over a year. They are WONDERFUL! I haven’t met a single person I didn’t enjoy speaking to and his therapists are AMAZING! So much improvement since he’s been there. Heather Beasley and Mahalia Adams are GOLD.

My infant daughter was doing physical therapy here and her therapist decided to quit. The staff informed us that they would pair her with another physical therapist. We bring her in as normal and now they dropped my daughter all together from therapy saying they don’t have room for her and to try another location or a total different therapist not affiliated with them. The staff here does not care about your child what so ever.

Please be mindful that the staff here do NOT wear masks. I was shocked when I walked in and saw that no one had a mask on. Younger children can not be vaccinated so it is important that we protect them, especially with covid on the rise again. Everyone here is very nice and I would recommend them if you don’t mind that they don’t wear masks. They said they would wear one at his visits but they did NOT when we came to the next visit. I really want my son to get the therapy he needs but o don’t want my kids to get covid.
