We have been so happy with our experience at PTA!! I cannot say enough good things. From the front staff all the way to the therapist they are a 5/5’! My son receives both OT and Speech and have had great experiences with both! Ms Kayla (OT) and Taylor (Speech) were so kind and patient working with our son who has ASD. Thank you PTA for your caring providers and environment!

We have been so pleased with the results and improvements we have seen with our child! We have been receiving speech and OT services for several years through this office and have met so many goals along the way. My child currently sees Sierra for speech and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She is patient, kind, and in tune with appropriate goals and strategies. My child has come so far with speech! We have seen Michaela for OT services for several years and I cannot say enough great things about her. Since working with Michaela, my child has not only made incredible strides, but has also gained so much confidence in their own abilities. Michaela is wonderful at establishing clear boundaries, while maintaining a calm and gentle demeanor. On top of the wonderful therapists we have seen, the administrative team has always been so professional, provides clear communication, and is incredibly friendly! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for effective and professional child therapy services!

We have been so very pleased with the services received at PTA. Truly, this is a place that will wrap your child in compassionate, evidence based care. The office staff are kind and competent, and always greet us with genuine smiles. Everything is as organized as can be, and the office itself is clean and professional. All the gold stars though go to Ms. Michaela, our child's OT. Wow!! She is extraordinary. She established rapport quickly with our child and knows just what to do to keep our child motivated and engaged. We appreciate the emails she sends us with updates on our child's progress as well as resources. The greatest indication that Ms. Michaela is a superstar OT and PTA is a top-notch business is that our child looks forward to every single session! Thank you for all you do!

I had an exceptional experience with Megan for my infant daughter’s PT evaluation. It was very clear Megan did her research about my daughter’s needs and was very knowledgeable about what PT interventions would serve my daughter well. I’m excited about working with Megan in the coming weeks to best support my daughter. I experienced great customer service from Michael and Hannah (front desk staff). They made scheduling appts very easy and went above and beyond to help get me on the calendar at a time that worked well for my family. Pediatric Therapy Associates is the best! Our son has been going there for over 3 years for both speech therapy and physical therapy. Alanah is his speech therapist and is absolutely wonderful! She has a passion for working with kids and truly cares for each of her patients. She is extremely friendly and my son loves going to see her. His speech has improved remarkably under her guidance. Megan is our son’s physical therapist and our son absolutely loves her, as well. Megan is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She has been a tremendous help with improving our son’s gait and is now helping him transition out of braces and into orthotic shoe inserts. She has so much patience and does an amazing job. Both Megan and Alanah are very flexible with their schedules and are always willing to work around last minute changes. I highly recommend both of them!

There are not nearly enough positive descriptors I could use to convey how much we love Nicki and the staff at PTA. Since starting speech therapy sessions our Son has made amazing leaps and bounds in progress and I owe a lot of that too the quality of care and attention he receives. Nicki is amazing with how she has connected with Wade, learning who he is and discovering his strengths and areas of improvement. Even when he arrives in a particularly spicy mood she takes everything in stride and always manages to redirect him back to remembering how to behave for therapy. They do a lot of play therapy to keep Wade engaged and willingly participating which is super important because he will absolutely dig his heels in and disconnect if he doesn't want to do something. I've personally learned so many tips and tricks to help navigate his autism and speech delay and its made our family life more harmonious as the rest of us learn how to communicate successfully where in the past there seemed to be a lot of barrier and frustrations. I love PTA, I love Nicki, I love that my son loves them to. But most of all, I love that I can finally hear him say 'I love you mommy.' So if your child needs speech therapy absolutely give PTA a call!

We have had the best experience with speech therapy here at Pediatric therapy associates. My 3 year old has worked with Ms Julia for the last few months. His speech has improved leaps & bounds since working with her. She is kind, friendly, and makes speech fun. The facility is easy to get to, park & the front desk workers are always friendly.

Rachel Hart worked with my son for about a year and she was amazing! She was great about keeping the sessions fun and keeping him engaged. He improved leaps and bounds with her. She was also very flexible and was able to move to virtual sessions whenever we were sick or out of town. I was amazed that my son was able pay attention even during the virtual sessions. Rachel gave us lots of different materials for us to practice at home and that helped so much as well. Overall, this was a great experience for us and would definitely recommend. Also front staff was great about explaining billing questions and helping reschedule sessions when needed.

We have been taking our son here for speech therapy. He was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech and has been in therapy since he was 2 yrs old. After moving to Raleigh from Florida we quickly found Pediatric Therapy Associates. Our son sees Megan and he works really well with her. Of the many speech therapist we have seen over the years, Megan is simply the best. It’s obvious that she cares about what she does and works well with our son. We have seen progress in his speech over the past 2 years. We also bring our daughter here who has a mild speech delay. She sees Jessica who has been great. Our daughter has started talking a lot more and is getting clearer as the months go by. From a family who has been down this road of speech therapy for the past 6 years, this practice has been one of the best. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a speech therapist.

I first discovered PTA at the height of COVID-19. Despite the pandemic, they've still been able to accommodate me not only through in-person meetings but also through online consultations. This allowed me to witness the care and attention the founders give their staff and clients. What I love the most is how open they are to receiving feedback in order to improve their services. I can see that the clinicians are very skilled at building relationships with kids and have undoubtedly earned my trust.
