From day one, the care and commitment shown by the entire team—especially the RBTs and BCBAs—was beyond what we could have hoped for. The Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) were compassionate, consistent, and excellent at communicating our son’s daily experiences in a way that kept us connected and confident in his care. The Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) truly stood out with their detailed insight, tailored strategies, and genuine dedication to not only our child’s developmental growth, but also our family’s overall well-being. The owner’s leadership sets a powerful tone. You can feel the heart behind every decision—family relationships matter here, and it shows. Our son recently graduated, and it was such an emotional milestone for us. While we’re so proud of how far he’s come, saying goodbye to this amazing team was bittersweet. Propel became apart of our family about six months ago and the changes in my child’s development have been nothing short of amazing. Before Propel my kiddo was barely saying words. In just 6 short months, she’s counting, repeating everything and following instructions. I truly believe the progress comes from the dedicated staff, the one on one attention the kids receive, the tailor made lesson plans and the teamwork between Propel and the family. The facility is clean, the lines of communication are always open, and everyone is held accountable in the process. Your child will not be shuffled around and over looked. I highly recommend Propel.

Propel Autism has been a wonderful experience and a great resource for my family. Propel came into my son’s life at such a crucial time, and I have been so grateful to have found them. After receiving his diagnosis, I spent almost a year trying to make headway with other providers. Propel was on a list of recommended services I was given at Marcus Autism Center, and I called them that same day. Ryan, one of the owners, called me back within a few hours, and we had a Zoom meeting scheduled to discuss next steps within a few days. After discussing my son’s needs, Ryan and the team at Propel got all the paperwork and insurance processed so proficiently that within a month my son was receiving services. Even if there is a waitlist now, I highly recommend getting on it, and if I know this team I believe you will be taken care of in the best way possible during your wait. Since then, we have been with Propel for about a year, and my son has made incredible progress. He has a lot of unique challenges, and this clinic has risen to the occasion. The RBT’s he has been paired with have all been personally invested in the work they do for my child, and I am so pleased to say that I can see their commitment to the kids and their passion for their field every day. They are determined, skilled and patient. Dani is our BCBA, and she has been a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate cheerleader for all the progress our son has made. She has constructed highly personalized goals for him, and his two RBT’s do an incredible job of implementing her program. Every person at Propel has been a pleasure to interact with, and has made exceptional efforts to get to know and serve our family. If you want to find an ABA provider for your child not phoning it in, Propel is that provider. A million stars!

After months of research ad interviews for the best place for our 4 year old son, we met Ryan from Propel and that was the beginning of our journey with Propel which started over a year ago. While an autism diagnosis came as a relief as we finally have many questions answered and we understand our son better, it also flipped our world upside down and we didn’t know which direction to go. Ryan was with us the entire way and assembled the right team to address Jacob’s needs. Our BCBA and RBT are extremely communicative and knowledgeable, and they are a true extension of our family. The goals put in place are super clear and tailored to Jacob’s specific needs. They are established based on feedback from the RBT’s, our nanny’s, teachers’ and anyone with direct interaction with Jacob which makes them very comprehensive. Our RBT spends a significant amount of time at our son’s school to help him navigate social situations and interactions with his peers. She also spends some time at our house and joins us for some activities out side our house which helps him tremendously. We have seen significant improvement in our son’s behavior since we joined Propel and we are super happy with the progress. We always feel like we can talk to the BCBA, RBT and Ryan at any time and that our voice is heard!!!
