Very poor communication followed by excuses/statements that do not line up with original statements/conversations. This happened twice. The 1st time Charity was pregnant so I understood but then I tried again and it was the same. I cannot comment on the actual ABA services because we never started. I wish her response would have been as quick to my emails/texts as it was to this Google review.

Every team member on staff cares deeply about their client, and their patience, support and encouragement is unwavering & unmatched. Puzzling Patterns is an exceptional clinic and has been a Godsend for the children & families they work with. Truly, one of one!

My daughter has been coming to this ABA clinic for almost three years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The people here feel like family—they care deeply, work incredibly hard, and have been a huge part of my girls progress. I want to give a special shout-out to Chaz, Ashley, Samantha, Kaneesha, Akiera, and Charity (I'm so sorry if I forgot anyone else, you know my memory is NOT okay.) Each of them has worked with my daughter the whole time she's been there and has made me remember the good people in this world that truly have love and compassion in their hearts. Their patience (lord knows they need it with my baby lol), love, and commitment mean the world to me. Also want the newer ones to know, I'm BADDDD at names so start updating your pictures on the app so I can learn faces and names that way because the only other one I know is Mya, who we also love, and I only know her name because I checked the app. Don't take it personal, took me 2 years to remember Chaz's name and I didn't know Carla's until she took over Belle's case lol. ANYWHO This place is truly one of a kind. The care and dedication they show to every child is unmatched, and we’re endlessly grateful to be part of this amazing community. Thank you for all you do!

Our experience with this ABA center has been outstanding. From the moment we were accepted into the program, we’ve felt supported, informed, and truly cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do—and it shows in how they interact with both children and families. While we were on the waitlist for some time, we appreciated the honest communication throughout the process. Once our child began services, the transformation was amazing. The therapists took the time to understand our child’s needs, and the individualized plan they developed has made such a positive impact. We’ve seen real progress—not just in behavior, but in confidence and daily life skills. A huge part of what makes this place so special is the owner, Charity. Her passion for helping children and families is undeniable. She’s hands-on, approachable, and goes above and beyond to make sure each family feels heard and supported. Charity brings a level of heart and integrity to her work that’s truly rare—and it sets the tone for the entire team. Puzzling Patterns is an outstanding ABA clinic that truly strives to make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The dedication and heart the team puts into their work is evident in everything they do. The staff are not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly, supportive, and accommodating—they go above and beyond to make each child and family feel seen and cared for. Due to the nationwide shortage of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)—a challenge many ABA clinics are currently facing—the clinic is unable to onboard new clients from the waitlist at the moment. But this is only because they refuse to compromise the quality of care they deliver. They’re committed to providing meaningful, individualized therapy rather than rushing to fill slots. That level of integrity says so much about who they are as a team. Highly recommended for families seeking compassionate and evidence-based support. 🌟

This business appears to be highly unorganized, and I believe other families should be made aware of the experience we went through. After waiting over a year on the waitlist and participating in multiple meetings, we were just told there is no timeline for services due to extreme understaffing. They rarely answer the phone, and communication has been poor throughout the entire process. To now be advised to “seek services elsewhere” after such a long wait is incredibly upsetting and feels like a complete disregard for our time and our child’s needs. Families should not be strung along like this—this experience has been not only frustrating, but also emotionally exhausting. I hope others are warned and protected from going through the same.
