The staff was super nice and welcoming. They provided myself and my colleagues the best tour and presentation about their place of work. They offer a variety of resources for people in the orange County community. They also let us know that early detection of intellectual disabilities and autism can help with managing and potentially reducing the risk of lifetime support.
Fancy place
Great place great service they are caring n compassionate for asapel Claudia Navar perfect perfestional kind caring I can tell she loves what she does treats my case with a up beat and great attitude she is a star. I have ran in to a lot of people on my journey to get my son his proper help and I have meet a lot of rude people we need more people like here in these situations and positions thanks 🙏
I visited the office today to restart services for my son. I was assisted by Carlos Serrano who was so caring, kind, professional and very efficient. He went over with me how Regional works and how they can help my son if he qualifies for services. Carlos really went above and beyond of what I expected. The facility was pristine clean.
Early last year, my child was evaluated as delay. Both me and my husband heard it clearly from the coordinator Karla saying that the wait might be weeks or months especially it's during the pandemic. So we waited. However, end of last month, which was Feb, 2023, Karla said the opposites and denied she told us that there's wait time. She was like "no I never say there was a wait list. All it takes was one week. Just one week to get the service. It's on you because you were the mother. You should have followed up." She said that she called and emailed me. She said she was very busy so if I did not respond to her right away she thought we were not interested. However, I did not see a miss call from this lady. There's no voicemail in my phone record. Also, there's no email in my inbox record saying that she emailed me that she helped us find a service provider. It was her fault that she let our case slipped out of her hand. But she blamed it on me. She said it's my fault because as a mother, I should have contacted her to follow up. She was right. I took responsibilities on that. However, I hate that she did not take her responsibility. She should have called left a voice mail or emailed me if she did try to reach out. She did a very poor job. Our daughter wasted 1 year because of this irresponsible lady.
Autism, autism, autism. Is that they are obsessed with. Or better yet any other disability they can get their hands on. It is not possible for you to use their service and have them not attack your child. Now I’m not referring to trying to help I mean look for ways to find a disability to get funding. They will ask many questions seeking to find any weakness they can in your child. It’s all for funding and not to actually help your child. I would not use this service. They are dishonest and also violate hippa laws. They will send out private information about your child to other third parties without your permission.
