We love Shandy Clinic and have seen significant improvement in our son since he started working with Lexi. She is amazing, and our 2-year-old is always excited to go to his PT appointments!

My son has been a patient for over a year with Shandy Clinic and he has been a consistent, loyal patient. My son is fully disabled& requires full assistance, hands on therapy. I am NOT hard to work with. I'm very lenient. My son didn't even go to school for the first 5 years of his life, yet ironically, right after he started school - it's been an extreme hassle to be seen at any Shandy Clinic office is Colorado Springs. Despite the fact that I gave all of my son's therapists an extensive heads up before he started school - they still did not make it a point to keep a reoccurring time open for my son in the early afternoons. My son lost two therapists as soon as he started school at one clinic, so we were forced to switch clinics & therapists - then maybe only 2 months after moving - they closed that entire clinic down. So we lost ANOTHER OT therapist. We followed my son's PT to this exact clinic &it's been maybe 3 months since moving clinics& now she will no longer be my son's therapist either? &This isn't even the reason of my review. My issue is that despite being patient& understanding of the CONSTANT inconsistency with my son's therapists - the first time I had to cancel this week due to car issues (which I have also been very transparent about) - they threaten to mark it against my son as a patient? Essentially threatening to discharge us because we had to cancel. The last 3 times that I have had to "reschedule" - they had absolutely NO availability in order for my son to even reschedule? But then want to threaten to discharge Joseph as a patient? Make it make sense, please. After questioning that logic& expressing how that isn't fair, considering it's not my fault they didn't make sure to have any availabilities for my son to be rescheduled - they continued to imply that any type of rescheduling for my son would "benefit" him - as if I don't believe rescheduling a visit is beneficial to him? I just didn't see how it would benefit my son THIS week to reschedule the missed visit for NEXT week instead? & when I tried to explain that to the receptionist& also remind her that I 'do' know what's beneficial for my son, much more than they know - she started to LAUGH at me? Repeating what I had said in a condescending tone - as if the explanation I gave her didn't make sense? That was absolutely unacceptable. Idk why it's an issue that I have a preference for my son to see the same therapist, but the attitude regarding this is ridiculous and I'm over it. What's the point of having an assigned therapist if we're seeing a different therapist everytime we have to reschedule? My sister has this SAME issue. The last time they tried rescheduling us with another therapist, (which apparently there was literally only 1 availability &it was at a time he would be at SCHOOL, so it wouldn't have worked anyways) the therapist had no idea what to do with my son. She was asking ME what we should work on for the day& I spent like 15-20mins of the appt explaining to her about Joseph's disability, what his goals were &what exercises we should start with. That's a complete waste of time & it's not personal either. Yet they took it personally, Quite unprofessional. I was kind& thorough with my explanation too of why I didn't want my son to be rescheduled with a therapist who knew nothing about Joseph or what to do with him.Yet the receptionist's have been 'very' snotty &condescending with me regarding my request since then? Making it seem like I am being difficult? When I believe parents 'should' want a competent &consistent therapist for their child?Consistency is key, right? I felt very disrespected& disappointed today.I will be looking for a new office to take my son because of this. Why would I want to keep bringing my son here with that type of treatment? Very disheartening and uncalled for.My son's therapist had to get on the phone because the receptionist started to interrupt me& simply couldn't help me anymore. Yet somehow my son's therapist found a vist on Thursday this week? It'll just be with another therapist. Very frustrating.

Great place to take your kids for speech therapy. We have a referral from our doctor to come here for my son and we've been going here for well over a year. All the people we've worked with so far were all great and extremely friendly and professional and my son loves coming here.

I've been asking for months for a print out of my bill. I was told by the front office I had an outstanding balance. I called the billing department and was told I had an credit. Everytime I go in the balance owed is increased and no one seems to understand where the balance is coming from. I was paying a $115 co- pay every visit and switched over to selfpay months ago, making my payments $100 per visit. I've spoken to billing and I've asked them send me an email with what insurance was billed, what insurance paid, including what I paid out of pocket. They sent me a generic bill showing supposedly what I owe with nothing else. The most sickening part is they keep telling me it's the "billing tool" they use that's helping them rip off and rob their patients. If you don't have Medicaid run run run as fast as you can

Shandy Thrive is an amazing place. Everyone we have ever encountered here is truly phenomenal. They have helped my son in indescribable ways and I recommend them to anyone I can.

We have been clients of various and assorted therapy clinics for over a decade as we treat our sons autism. Shandy’s Thrive clinic is hands down the best experience we have ever had. The patient coordinator is amazing, she keeps the chaos to a minimum, there are not piles of small children screaming in the waiting room and the therapists are top notch.

My son loves going and seeing Mr. Johnny, his OT. Since starting at the Thrive Clinic, my son has made great progress. All the staff there are wonderful with him and the other kids. I like how they try and include my sons sisters in his therapy sometimes. I recommend The Shandy Clinic to everyone who is looking for services for a child.
