ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOU MENTAL HEALTH TO GET WORST. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A LIFE AND ACTUALLY NEED HELP, THEY DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. I've been going since October and they don't make anything clear in the beginning but God forbid you have to reschedule because of your child or job because they only allow 3 reschedules then your services are finished whether you've been helped or not. NONE OF THEM ARE ON THE SAME PAGE FRONT DESK, PSYCHIATRIST, AND OFFICE. DO NOT SEEK OUT GLORIA KIM because she has no consideration for her patients life, schedule, or needs SHE WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE WHILE MAKING A GAME PLAN TO GET RID OF YOU fake right? . She sees you as a number and check and not as a person. They do not care about your medicine needs they only care about meeting there policies which they can choose to follow or not so wishy washy and messy and inconsistent and they all contradict what the other says They accidentally increased my meds and i told them it really helped and I would like to stay and they said no we don't care if it helps you are policy doesn't allow that much so you're on you're on. ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOU MENTAL HEALTH TO GET WORST. WOULDNT EVEN SEND MY WORST EMEMY HERE.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I called to complete an intake for my child, only to be informed that he would not be accepted due to his behavioral challenges. This was surprising and frustrating, as the organization’s website clearly states that they are equipped to support children who exhibit behaviors such as kicking, hitting, spitting, and biting. Additionally, I was told that the ABA program only serves children up to age 10, even though the website lists services for individuals from 12 months to 21 years. This inconsistency is misleading and concerning. When I asked for referrals to other programs, staff were unable to provide any recommendations. During the call, I also felt dismissed when I attempted to ask questions about the program and was met with a sarcastic response of, “I’m getting to that.” As a parent of a child with autism seeking effective behavioral support, I expected compassion, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disheartened and unsupported. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the organization will review its practices and communication approach to better serve families who are already facing significant challenges in finding appropriate care.

Absolutely THE BEST team at this office. Gloria Kim, Adrianna and the ladies at the front have all been extraordinary! From the moment I got a call back (a rare thing these days) to set up an appointment they have been stellar. I’ve had 2 appointments and many phone convos and each time the professionalism and communication have been superb. They have a hard job and as much as they empathize with us, patients should as well. The offices are CLEAN and well maintained, too. Lots of parking and easy to get to. I am grateful to have found them.

Don’t bother looking into the services that Spectrum Transformation Group can offer. They’re still processing intakes and referrals from 2023 and only call to tell you that you will not be placed on the waitlist AFTER you’ve completed all their paperwork.

I have been seeing my doctor for years and she is great. The back office has some serious policy issues. I had a balance so they just cancelled my appointment with no regard to what medications I am on. I would leave if my doctor was not a part of this network. I do not currently have any appointments and meds are low. Patients do not come first, money does.
