I’ve been hesitant to put my daughter in ABA ever since getting her diagnosis. Even though it’s what was recommended, I had so many fears and concerns. When we were finally ready to explore it further, I spoke with a variety of places in the area. None of them made me feel as comfortable, at ease, and as reassured as SBS. Sarah was undertstanding of all of my concerns and took the time to address each one. She’s proven to me that done well, modern ABA can be play-based, child-led, fun, and incredibly productive. Sarah, her coordinator, and our therapist are a truly special team. They are warm, caring, and go above and beyond to help their families every step of the way. We feel so lucky to have found them, and our daughter is thriving after even just a short while seeing them. We can’t recommend SBS enough for other families looking to explore ABA.

We have been so thrilled with SBS! My kiddo's therapist and supervisor/BCBA have been two of the best additions to our lives. We have new strategies that work! I absolutely LOVE Steinberg Behavior Solutions (SBS). My experience with them from the very beginning to now have been nothing but great. I started my research for an ABA therapist for over 6 months until I found and started with SBS. Being a mom of an autistic child and his biggest advocate, I looked into potential places/companies and reached out to the ones that I felt may be good for my son. You would be surprised at how many non-responses I got or the lack of "compassion" I received when one does reply. This is where my appreciation for SBS comes in. Not only did Jill respond to me quickly, but she was so patient with me with all my questions and concerns. Being a mom who is nervous and concern looking for help for her special needs child, this patience is so appreciated. Now for our therapists! Not only our child but our whole family absolutely loves Lauren and Faith! They are not only patient and kind to my son but also to his twin sister who thinks Lauren and Faith are here friends! I can definitely see an improvement since my son started therapy and am so happy to have found SBS. I normally do not do reviews but during my search for ABA therapy, I kept wishing that there were more reviews to give me some insight. So here I am! And if I have not said it enough, our family absolutely love SBS.

Sarah Steinberg and her team have greatly changed and improved not only my son’s life but our family life too. Before starting ABA Therapy with Steinberg Behavior Solutions, our son was having multiple tantrums (lasting 30-40 minutes) several times per day, could not sit and participate in circle time at school, could not tolerate a drop of water falling onto his clothing, and was having meltdowns with most transitions throughout the day. Our days were exhausting for all involved: caregivers and teachers included. I felt lost and like a failure as a mother because I did not know what to do to help my son. Sarah impressed me from the very first phone call. She is so caring and calm. She remembers details and is really able to focus on the areas that we need help and tailor our treatment accordingly. We have been fortunate to work with Dan, Naomi and Julie and have had wonderful experiences with them all. Ten months into therapy and we have a new child! I can now say my son is happy and is thriving!!! Sarah Steinberg and her team have given him and us the tools and the foundation to not only function, but to begin to succeed.
