Total waste of 90 minutes of time. They don’t accept anything but Trillium. Which they knew UPFRONT. Instead of interrupting continuously the counselor should be quiet and learn to LISTEN

I have had a wonderful experience thus far with therapy. The communication was mutual on both ends. My therapist has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this hidden gem for anyone that needs it.

If I could give zero stars, then I would. I had an appointment today at 4:30. I show up because I remember telling them, when they asked me, that I wanted to have in person appointments. They had me down for a phone call. I can deal with that and said ok. I left and waited in my car for over 30 minutes for a phone call. I NEVER received any communication. No call. No text. No email. I can understand if you need to reschedule. But to just stand people up is wrong. They have a policy for being 15 minutes late and no shows but do not adhere to their own policies on their behalf. Finding good mental healthcare is hard to come by. They didn't even attempt to make a good impression for my first appointment.

I would not recommend this place at all. Ms. Jasmine was the sweetest person in the certain. I absolutely love her. Other than that the other people were rude and unprofessional. I was told to come into my appointments then was not notified that it would take 6 weeks for insurance to make a decision. The lady that was working with my psychiatrist was rude. She sent me into a whole panic attack. I was told I could not return until my bill was paid. I tried contacting them was told my calls would be return. I left messages no call backs. If you send it to collections that's your business I tried to pay several times. I feel this place is a Scam.
