Update 07/2025. The portion I owed and agreed upon with the owner was paid 11/2024. Anything else is owed by the insurance. Proof the owner is once again dishonest. Please see sceeen shots below. He refused to give me my son's records unless this was paid Be warned, all reviews besides mine are the owner and friends and family of the current owner. None of them are patient's families. This review is strictly for the owner and billing department. The therapist and director who work at the business are absolutely amazing! This was a new business when I signed up in February of 2024 for my son, who was recently diagnosed with Autism. I was informed that Success had already applied to be in-network with my current insurance Anthem BCBS, and they would be in-network soon. I was told the director three times I could not afford out of network price and would not sign up because I wanted to pay the in-network therapy rate for Anthem BCBS. I was then emailed and told Success would honor my in network therapy rate of 20 dollars. Also. I was given a letter from the CEO that stated this also. On October 8th, the director also confirmed that the agreed upon rate still stands. For starters, the owner is extremely rude and will kick your kid out of services if you want to go get legal advice. He has yelled at me on the phone and has spoken to me very condescendingly on email. This was after I emailed him the letter I received with an agreed amount. He told me i was to pay the out of network amount. He then said he made a mistake hiring his previous CEO, and the letter "does not count anymore." Note that we have no other paperwork with an updated amount . And if I don't pay it. he will kick out my kid. He has proven he only cares about money and does not care about the clients he has. After looking at the claims to my insurance, this business is charging for services on days my son did not go. Also, comparatively to other ABA therapy places I called after everything happened, I was told that Success is charging the insurance way more than the normal rate (they are currently charging my insurance 1400 for three hours a week). After talking to insurance, they are also coding charges for services we are not receiving, which includes working with a physician, etc. They have also charged my insurance four times for one assessment, over 6000 for a two hour assessment. The current owner has agreed to our contract rate for past services, but is trying to change to a new rate. I wanted to check on the legality before I moved forward with anything. At that point, he kicked out my son from therapy services.

After so many times that me and my son got treated unfairly as many places , we finally found Sucess Aba as my son’s second home My son diagnosed autistic, hes non verbal , we started Success Aba last year and hes now can communicate and be able to tell us what he wants or what he needs , as a mom going with my son in this journey isnt easy especially with all the bad experiences we been through really stressed my out and i still have another 1 year old to take care as well , Since my son started the Success Aba , things are getting a lot better for us and im so proud of my son for improving so much skills My son is very happy to go to the clinic everyday and each day he changing not just only about his behavior but also his speech The director really listen to what client needs , very supportive and very helpful , the therapists are very nice and treated all the kids very kind I want to say Thank You to all of you if you all see this , with the old director , the new director , the old therapists and the new therapists thank you so much for being a part of my son’s journey 🙏🏻❤️ , I am really appreciated 🥹 P/s: im not the owner or their family , im just a mom with an autistic child telling how i feel😊🤗

An absolute joke. They can’t keep anyone on the payroll and those who remain appear wholly unqualified. The owner threatens to sue reviewers so beware. I know the law concerning slander and libel so I’ll speak freely. They have strung me along for months. The facility is bland with zero priority on security. They can’t keep therapists or a functioning billing department. Thank you for wasting me and my sons time!!

Please let me preface my sharing that this review is solely on the companies integrity and not on the employees. The staff was kind and were respectful, even upon my decision to remove my child from the clinic. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Success ABA. My child’s therapy got started decently fast; despite new management in the middle of our start date. The current manager is doing her absolute best, I could see that. The company is brand new, and I decided to write the review when I discovered that most of the reviews are dishonest. I wish it weren’t true, but when you click on the persons name, on multiple accounts, they are all reviewing Success ABA, and then another mental health facility, in a completely different state. I find it incredibly dishonest that the reviews are not credible, as those reviews are originally what led me to believe that the clinic was fully functioning, and are ready for clients and the families. They have great plans, I heard wonderful ideas, but those plans should have been implemented far before accepting clients. When I realized the clinic was not fully functioning, I then started asking more questions, and those answers came to the conclusion that we would not continue here. I am not one for bashing companies, and while I wish that they should have been more prepared for clients with the proper tools, and equipment, etc, I could not let the companies willingness to lie to future clients. Having friends and family, write reviews on a special needs clinic, that specializes in helping children prepare for their future, while providing families with care and support with their child’s diagnosis, that’s just wrong. If you want to truly succeed in this business, please remove the other reviews. Focus on improving the system you’ve created and continue equipping the clinic and your employees with the tools they need to help the clients.
