My son has been attending this place for the past 2 years and has continued to make amazing progress. He attended twice a week for 2 hours each time, and now is down to one hour per session because of his amazing progress. We did transfer from another ABA place who without notice just dropped us, and successful child ABA picked us right up. I heard of this place from other parents who loved it. Very happy with this place and the person they choose to be with my son throughout this time.

The biggest flaw with these smaller operated Aba clinic’s is the passion is often there but the resources are not. My son recently attended therapy here for almost a year and he was only allowed to receive two days of services on a two hour time slot which totaled to 4 hours a week. No time was increased for him and no extra therapy was ever offered for us during Christmas break, summer time or any other. In his 2nd re-evaluation the pronoun “her” was also used to describe “him” two different times in one sentence almost as if it was copied and pasted from another child’s assessment. Another term for this in the aba world could be known as “plagiarism”. The provider continuously submitted to insurance a recommendation of my son needing 15-20 hours a week of Aba which is why I pushed for more hours. This only seemed to cause them to become frustrated with us. During the last parent meeting we had the provider tried to shift things to make me seem like I wasn’t a grateful enough parent and had my child’s discharge papers ready to sign. I was in the process of changing his care anyway but they seriously couldn’t push us out the door any faster. Not to mention everything at this place extra support wise that’s offered from summer programs to parent and child social classes has to be paid for out of pocket. There were manyyyyyy rbt cancellations and inconsistencies with mixing up parent meetings that were scheduled. Over time my kiddo missed more therapy sessions than he ever attended!!!. There were needs I brought up which were constantly ignored. They chose to put my lack of involvement as a parent in the reevaluation but failed to mention the huge lack of support from the beginning they gave us which was what even made me want to be an “uninvolved parent”. Overall, I have never worked with such incompetence from a provider in my 9 years as a special needs parent. The hard thing is you know in your heart the people here do care but they just take on way too many children at one time to provide the necessary support. It makes it where they cannot adequately care for the children they already have. (One reason why I believe wait lists are important at any aba clinic.) True behavior changes cannot happen when providers are overwhelmed to the point they loose the ability to give compassion. Lastly I want to add to always trust your instincts parents and the vibe you get from a clinic when walking through the doors. Please do your research parents and make sure your child’s needs can actually be met before wasting your time. You will know when a provider truly cares . Goodluck. 💓💓💓

I don't even know where to begin! My son has been a client for over a year now and has made SO much progress. The staff are so wonderful and you can tell they truly care about the children. Katrina is a super woman because how she balances it all and her own family is simply astounding. They recently opened their new Enrichment Center and I can't wait to see how well it serves our community. Succesful Child ABA never makes me feel like my child is less than, they constantly praise his strengths and play into them, while also working with him in his areas that need help. When we decided to try ABA to see if it would benefit our son, we never thought we would be seeing this much progress. They truly are a great team of people, who care about the success of all the kids. Thanks for all you do!

My son started therapy at Successful Child and we could not be more pleased with the level of therapy that we received. Every single staff member is truly wonderful. My sons therapist, Naomi is phenomenal and truly irreplaceable. They are patient, understanding and compassionate to not just my child but to everyone who walks in their door. Every single staff member is extremely knowledgeable and competent while still being very approachable. When my son was hospitalized, the owner reached out to us multiple times a day to extend their support and to check in to see how he was doing. They reached out more than some of our family members. They are a wonderful company who truly cares about their clients. It’s clearly evident that they all chose their career paths and their employer wisely. They will care for your child as if they were their own. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly live changing.
