This office refused to complete ADA workplace accommodation paperwork despite having my diagnosis on file since 2023, stating only that I had not been seen recently. My disability has not changed, and I was left without support. They only reprinted my diagnosis after I became upset. To make matters worse, the office displays Autism Speaks materials, which is an organization the autistic community widely regards as harmful. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate or disability-informed care.

My son was diagnosed here in 2021. We had a good experience and the doctor gave us the answers we needed. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we ignored the reviews and red flags of this specialty clinic, and we paid the price for doing so. All the negative reviews we read were accurate, and we regret not heeding the warnings. We attempted to get our daughter assessed at this clinic after driving three hours to reach the appointment, only to be told upon arrival that it would have to be rescheduled. About a month before the appointment, we informed the receptionist of a change in our insurance provider. The receptionist assured us there would be no issues since they accepted BCBS. However, when we arrived, we were told that due to the insurance change, the appointment was canceled, even though the clinic accepts our insurance. This was incredibly frustrating after making a three-hour trip. Understandably upset, we expressed our displeasure and informed the staff that we would never return to this clinic. The receptionist claimed that she required us to remind her again about the insurance change, which was why the appointment had been canceled. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Another significant reason I would not recommend this clinic is the behavior of Dr. Kocsner. During the entire conversation, she observed the situation but did not intervene or offer any assistance. This lack of professionalism and empathy left a lasting negative impression. It also raised concerns about her reliability and could explain the clinic's low ratings and apparent lack of returning patients. Finally, I want to highlight the broader context of our experience. Scheduling an evaluation for my daughter has been extremely challenging, as most clinics place us on long waiting lists. Desperation drove us to try this clinic despite the red flags, including the unusually short wait time to see Dr. Kocsner. Unfortunately, our experience confirmed that the low demand was indicative of the clinic’s poor service quality. I would strongly advise others to trust the reviews and avoid this clinic. The lack of professionalism, communication, and care we experienced was deeply disappointing and unworthy of anyone’s time or resources.

My child was diagnosed years ago and since then I've referred people away from here. It took a while to get an appt. When dropping off paperwork they charged me a Co pay ..... to drop off paperwork ! The doctor diagnosed her as a level 3 nonverbal and said "that's the worst on the scale you need to get her help right away" and then hurried us out. We had so many questions but she didn't want to answer them. She said once we found an ABA center , theyd answer it all. That was her answer to everything....that someone else would answer it for us. Fast forward to present day: my child is speaking well and often and defying all odds. We got her sibling tested elsewhere close by with dr..Weis and he was FANTASTIC. Huge difference. Brain center had no empathy, just a cold office that only concerned about thier money vs how they treat the families coming in. I WILL NEVER and HAVE NOT recommended this place to anyone

Please go to a place that at least gives you a grace period. If you are as much as 1 minute late you have to reschedule and they charge you $90 to reschedule. Not only that the facility is not toddler/kid friendly. A child knows when they are visiting Dr office which mine could tell. Because of this we had to reschedule a month out and record videos of my daughter for her to even "diagnose" her. This Dr is not kid friendly but that's just my opinion. The current Dr she visits makes parents and children feel at home. He was able to PROVIDE A diagnosis

I wouldn’t even honestly give this place 1 star. The appointment was delayed back and fourth due to them stating they hadn’t received any paper work from pediatric office who was referring my son. Once I finally got an appointment it was scheduled a month out. A week prior they stated they would have to cancel appointment due to new paper work being sent in. I completed paper work and had to drive over an hour there and hour back to make sure they received paper work. The day before appointment they called to confirm and I said I would be there early. The day of the appointment they refused to see my child whom has two insurances. Their reasoning was they didn’t feel comfortable due to one insurance may not pay and then the secondary insurance won’t pay if the primary won’t pay. I spent a good time in this office explaining that both insurances are active and the front office receptionist whom was dressed in jeans and a kid T shirt stating she was the manager when I asked to speak with the manager, I asked for her name and she refused to give me a last name and refused to let me speak with the billing person. I explained to her and repeated that it is in fact illegal to refuse treatment for a patient. She simply did not care.
