The Clubhouse Therapy Centers

The old lady at the front desk with grey hair is very rude, mean and unprofessional. On numerous occasions when dropping off my child i would walk in and say hello, goodmorning and not even get hi back. On numerous occasions I've asked for a sheet of what my child is learning so I could incorporate it at home and never recieve anything. My child has been there almost 2 years and I honestly can say all he has learned is how to signal "more". If you are looking for daycare that's expensive this is your location because that's all I feel this place is. They cancel my child's sessions early over and over on numerous occasions causing a big inconvenience to my schedule. I will be looking for another location for him to go to because this place is not good. They go threw employees like water here. We get an email almost every month saying this employee will be leaving and that employee will be leaving. I wonder if they see that this place is ran horribly as well. I'd look for alternative locations if I were you. This is the second time I've posted a review , hopefully they don't delete this 1.

We had a wonderful experience working with Miss Madeline at The Clubhouse. She provided therapy and support to our daughter with great professionalism, care, and expertise. Her approach was not only effective in the clinic but extended to our home as well. She offered in-home parent training sessions that were incredibly helpful and gave us the tools to better support our daughter. Miss Madeline’s compassionate nature and deep understanding of behavioral therapy made a real difference. Under her guidance, our daughter made noticeable progress, and we as parents felt more confident and empowered. We are truly grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to any family looking for knowledgeable and supportive care.

My son has been attending speech therapy at Clubhouse for several months now and it's been a great experience! He's learning a lot while also having fun in his sessions, and we've really enjoyed working with Ms. Erin!

My daughter has been coming here for over 8 months. Sending her here was one of the best decisions I ever made. The process of accepting my daughter was very quick and stress free. My family really love the atmosphere and the staff. They always make us feel like family. They are very encouraging to my daughter. Thanks to them, my daughter has greatly improved. I want to thank the following staff members for their ongoing support. Ellie for Speech. Brianna for OT. Sarah for Speech. Yvonne and Susan at the front desk. My daughter wouldn't be doing better if it wasn't for you guys. Thank you. I'm looking forward to us continuing to work together.

The whole process was extremely unclear and not very helpful. The skills they worked on with my son were pretty basic and communication was like pulling teeth. I had to strongly ask to be informed/involved so I could practice what they were working on at home and his therapist seemed burdened by my requests. There were times when she said she would "give me worksheets" but then would forget. I'm sure this place offers great help for some but we didn't experience that. I think most of my sons challenges were completely age appropriate and they should have just been honest with me and told me he didn't really "need" therapy, because I was just left with the feeling of it being a waste of time and money. Their billing is not straightforward/very disorganized.
