I’ve been a patient here for several years and everyone is wonderful. From the therapists to the front desk, the staff is so kind and helpful. They’re always willing to work with my schedule and even offer to call me if a cancellation comes up and I can get in sooner. I will always recommend this office to everyone!

Taylor and Laura are always so helpful and friendly. Everytime I called they make me feel like I am the most important person at that moment. They always work hard to get a schedule set up for my son to see his therapist that is perfect for us. They are quick with the jokes and love to make me laugh and even though our situation could be terrible they make sure to bring the good out in the situation. Now my son sees Mrs. Patty Cosey and has seen my son who is a special needs child and she has shown him an immense amount of love, patience, compassion, and understanding to help bridge the gap between what I see and how he feeling inside. Mrs. Patty is always smiling and happy to see my son and she has given me wonderful advice time and time again to make our family life so much better. This place has become like a family to me and my son and I highly recommend anyone that needs help to come see these ladies and the huge amount of therapists they have staffed here.

Responsive and helpful staff with accessible appointment scheduling.

The front staff has always been super courteous and extremely sweet! They make sure to keep a very relaxing atmosphere whether it be in the front lobby or anywhere throughout the building. I have an amazing therapist who has worked wonders especially coming from someone that was against therapy for so long. I highly recommend them for anyone that may be debating if they need to go or not.

Both myself, and my son, use Therapy Center of Valdosta for services. The staff here is so kind and welcoming, and they really make you feel like family. They are understanding and accommodating of your schedule, and communicate very well about appointments. When there is any sort of issue with insurance or copays they call me ahead of the appointment to allow me to figure out what I would like to do to resolve the issue! It took me years to find a connection like the one that I have with my therapist. She adapted to exactly the style that I needed to grow within my mental health journey. My son’s therapist is constantly bringing in new techniques and tools to help him learn and cope with his diagnosis. She has grown to be one of his favorite people, and he asks to visit her all of the time. 10/10- I highly recommend this business!!

I’m in shock- I just got a call from the office that I owe almost $800 in copays. I was asked when I first start going here that- if I would have a co pay and was told NO. I’ve been going here for months and wouldn’t have gone here if I knew about a copay. I was just told today after going there for months that my co pay is $50 a visit. And that I need to set up a payment plan. This has to be illegal and unethical- I physically got ill at work. I’ve tried to call back twice and getting sent straight to voice mail. (Blocked) This has to be the most criminal and unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. Laura the way you spoke to me today- shows your kindness was never genuine. I’ve contacted BBB and this business is not even registered. I do not know how to navigate this situation without seeking legal representation- there has to be someone to speak to, other than Laura.
