Really great staff! My daughter learned so much just in the evaluation. However, I wished they catered more to students who have school during the day. Your kiddo might miss school a lot due to less scheduleling options.

My son Nasir works with Jamal for OJT and he is awesome. Nasir listens and participates like he should. Jamal is a wonderful therapist and he listen and cater to the needs of his clients. We love you Jamal

I’m so impressed and grateful for Therapy Smarts, and recognize the hard work it takes to run things as smoothly as they do. I take my baby to them for OT and PT, and they have been nothing short of kind and accommodating, working to get us scheduled quickly and efficiently. Everyone we’ve met has been sweet and professional, and in watching how they interact with their other patients, it shows that they genuinely care about their patient population and the parents! Isa and Jess are wonderful and attentive receptionists with a friendly face and kind voice every time we visit. Dana has been a Godsend for my little one, who is normally very shy, but took to her and really enjoys his time in OT! She’s given me information on what to do at home with him, and we’re already seeing strides of improvement! It’s a rare gem to find genuine people who work well with children - I’m grateful to my baby’s PCP at CareNow for referring us to this office.

Our therapist was wonderful, sweet, and so helpful with our daughter who had a crawling/walking delay. The office here is awful. They don't answer their phones, EVER. They don't return messages in a timely manner. And one time they sent me an email saying I owed $3968. It took 20 minutes on the phone with Billing for her to figure out that 3968 was the invoice number and she made a typo. At the front desk if you try to change your normal appt schedule they are nasty about it. If you need help filling out forms or anything out of the ordinary they are rude about it. I feel really sorry for the wonderful therapists who have to work with them.

This program for my child has been absolutely amazing. My child has come a long way, Dana, Marissa and Evann I can honestly say they do their job well. Good job ladies

We have had a wonderful experience at Therapy Smarts (Chapel Hill Location) . From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile, welcoming atmosphere and a team that truly cares. The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My child has been seeing Speech Pathologist Glendaly and we have seen great improvement. He truly loves visiting the office every week, he really looks forward to it 😊. They take the time to understand individual needs and tailor their approach to ensure the best outcomes while also making sure your child has fun. It’s clear that creating a supportive and encouraging environment is a top priority here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and effective speech therapy services.

We have had the best experience with Therapy Smarts. My daughter has seen amazing change and growth since starting OT with Mrs. Nat. She doesn’t realize she is doing “work” but looks forward to her time to “play” each week. I know the skills she is learning are setting her up for success and as I parent, I have felt supported to help her at home as well. Highly recommend!
