I recently visited an Open House at Tinker Creek Creative Counseling with my women's group. I was so very impressed with the staff and the non-traditional environment. I love the opportunity for animal therapy! The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. I'll be referring this place every chance I get!

This place is wonderful. We loved the animals and atmosphere. The animals are very therapeutic. Very inviting environment for children with play therapy. I can not say enough about how great Tinker Creek Creative Counceling is.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son had an appt to which I got a reminder for. I walked in the building and immediately had low expectations when they had country music blaring and the place smelled of animal feces or a farm. It did not meet the expectation of a therapeutic environment. My child was extremely overstimulated by the noise and discomfort of it feeling dirty. I got there early in case any paperwork was missing. I sat there for 40 minutes before a dog came running out of an office and climbed up on my lap. I and my son are highly allergic to animals. When I got up to talk to the lady at the desk about the dog, she proceeds to tell me that his appointment had been rescheduled to 3pm. Two hours later. No apology , no attempt to resolve the issue, nothing.I eat for 40 minutes before she thought to tell me that.

There are not enough stars! Christy is the best of the best. I have used Christy personally when things have come up in my life and I refer patients to her all the time. I have not heard one negative thing from patients that see her. She has truly helped me in so many ways---don't know what I would do without her.
