Absolutely loved them. They worked with my son in our home. They were always available to answer questions that me or my son had about our BIP and truly became part of our family in a sense. I learned so much from them to understand my kiddo.

When my son was diagnosed with Level 3 autism in April of 2023 his neurologist referred us to any ABA therapy of our choosing. We researched, visited, and toured numerous clinics but none left us feeling 100% certain; then we found Treasured Hearts. The amount of love, care, knowledge, professionalism, and overall kindness of the RBTs, BCBAs, the clinic manager and owners is immeasurable and it leaves us with an indescribable feeling of trust, gratitude, and confidence that we made the right decision to choose Treasured Hearts for his therapy. My son has made EXCELLENT progress in the seven months we have been here and I’m so grateful to the amazing individuals that have made that possible. I’m so excited for his growth and the many accomplishments that are yet to come!🩷

This center is amazing, the owner Pam works relentlessly to provide the best service for the kids! My daughter has in house and at the center therapy, she has some medical issues and they are always making sure she is ok. Since we move to V, we have been in 3 different clinics, this place is by far the best!!! Excellent therapist who care about my child needs First!

This ABA services clinic have been a blessing for our family. They have helped tremendously with our daughter’s progress in just few months that we start with this company. Thank you so much to Mrs. Marisa, Mrs. Pam, Ms. Casey, Ms. Samantha and the whole team.

I usually do not write reviews when something is bad but when it affects my child I will. When we first started here the owner Pam said my son would have 2 therapists. One as back up so we would never not have service. That kind of happened the first 2-3 weeks. We were assigned a therapist, half of the time she was on facebook as I have camera's in that room, brought it up to the owner and Whitney was removed. We ended up with Hailey. My son grew close to her fast (she almost reminds us of Casey) the now BCBA. That had been working out. My son had 16 hours, then cut to 9, now he has Hailey 1 day a week for 3.5 hours. I totally get finding good staff is hard. Totally get that. But Pam the owner has decided that since they do not have enough staffing for my sons needs they are going to terminate my son as of 2/10/23. Well I would think 3.5 hours is better than none until we can possibly find another ABA. Have had no BCBA supervision in over a month (Steven would get on say he has nothing - but charge an hour) -- OH YES I have the billing records from the website. It's just a shame. So now my son is not going to have anything. Maybe because he has Healthkeepers and not Tricare as they pay better. But I literally think it is BS. Our kids need help now a days, and my son is getting dropped. No wonder why kids grow up with some anger issues. Very unprofessional place!! (I cant find how to respond to Steve the CEO (aka Pams husband) but it was Pam who decided to terminate my son, it had nothing to do with the Care Coordinator calling - she agreed with me that was short notice to cut my son off, but they are privately owned and can do what they please. Just grateful for Hailey sticking through this BS and providing my son therapy, but I am sure she will get pulled before our term date. My son has a friend for life and in the end - thats all that matters
