I hired Taylor Loucks to provide ABA services to my children mid 2022. What started off excellent had a horrific ending that led to the splitting of my family. I left a review on his original Google page when the incident happened and we stopped working with his company and recently learned that he now has 2 Google pages associated with his company. I have to type in “Trend ABA Colorado Springs” to pull up his original one which has my original review on it. This behavior comes off extremely disingenuous, but is on par with his company Facebook page disappearing once I’d left reviews on it. I encourage anyone considering this company to look at the review I left on his other business page as I shared screenshots regarding his refusal to let me know prior to arriving at my home. The level of disrespect he showed me regarding my request for communication prior to his arrival was so high that he and I were texting back and forth about my request ~30 minutes prior to him showing up to my home unannounced. A great deal more has come out regarding the severity of harm he caused my family in the time since that review and it is that which I focus this review on. After services were terminated, I learned that his employee, Kindee Carter, had been observed flirting with my husband while I was at work. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law is the one who had observed this and chose to keep it to herself because she had begun viewing Kindee as a “friend”. Per the code of ethics, dual relationships are forbidden and it is in my family’s story that I learned the harshest reasons for this rule. In August of the same year we terminated services, I learned that Kindee was “friends” with my husband. In November, I found them communicating over Snapchat at which point I reached out to Taylor and asked that he request his employee stop reaching out to my husband as it was causing a great deal of conflict in my family. A screenshot of his response is attached. It wasn’t until January that I learned the depths of their “friendship” when I found messages in my husbands phone between him and his mother about his and Kindee’s ongoing love and in-person interactions. At this same time, I learned that they had been engaging in an intimate and sexual relationship with one another and it was in these revelations that my mother in law acknowledged she had seen Kindee, my child’s RBT flirting with my husband during sessions. I was devastated to say the least and considering reaching out to Taylor in November had not ended anything, I opted to leave reviews instead. He texted me on 1/9/25 informing me that he was doing an internal investigation and that she had been placed on administrative leave. He stated that he wanted to know my perspective. I responded that I had found nudes of his employee on my husbands phone. I then informed him that his other employee, Aleah Brown (whom had also worked with my family alongside Kindee) was knowledgeable of all that had gone on as I had found private messages between her and the father of my children as well. To my knowledge and per his website, she remains employed with him. From there, we emailed regarding the incident. I learned that my husband and my family, my only support system, had lied to me for at least six months, as that was the timeline in which I had evidence of all of their involvement with the RBT. A short 5 months later, there was an explosion within my family in which my mother in law drunkenly cried that “kindee was nice to me” as justification for her role in keeping their relationship a secret and hiding her observations of Kindee flirting with the father of my children. This estrangement continues today. 18 months of in-home services. I used to rave about how amazing this company was. Kindee and Aleah were in my home for 15-20 hours a week. My kids lost their therapy team, they lost what stability we had, and ultimately, they lost their grandparents and aunts. All of it was avoidable, they were the professionals and it was on the professionals to behave as such.
