My son recently graduated from Trumpet. He had attended the center for about 3 years. I am beyond thankful for the therapist and staff. They showed immense compassion and understanding throughout his journey. He has grown and learned so much while being there. Trumpet and the therapist made such a difference in my son’s life and development. I am extremely grateful for the journey.
I wanted to edit and update my review: I am giving 5 ⭐️ I am very impressed with the communication I have with Haley and the other staff. I learned the issues early on were a learning opportunity for myself as well as the staff. My child will be starting school soon & I am confident everyone on their team will do everything possible to make it a great year full of learning and growing.
My son went there for almost a year .He now graduated from there. Heloved it there the staff was great best program .
My kiddo's been attending this health center for about a year now, and I can say wholeheartedly that she enjoys it every day! The care and collaboration between parent(s), caregiver(s), and therapist(s) is on another level in the best way! As a family that moved to this state for these specific health services, we're extremely happy to have found them!!
My son is not being allowed to return and being scrutinized and discriminated for his size. Getting the help my son needed before the school started. It was extremely imperative that my son got the help he needed before the school year started. and for an incident that happened over a week ago he's not being allowed to return until the end of July basically when summer is over and school is to start again I really have lost hope in the system
I filled out intake information for my son with Down Syndrome in April of 2023. I have sent several emails to the intake coordinator Amber Cohen just to be told basic, non helpful information. My last of several emails asking about availability was sent in August of 2023. The email said " The enrollment is not on a " first come first serve basis " regarding the waiting list. She said it depends on many factors, including insurance. My son has Cigna and Medicaid. Here we are, April of 2024 and STILL I have no answers. I emailed this intake coordinator and explained that I was frustrated with her lack of communication. That was in August and I have yet to hear back. It's been a year! No explanation.
Been coming here for years with my kids and have seen a massive decline for a while now. If you like inconsistent service, frequent last minute cancellations of service, a revolving door of staff turnover due to poor management and a place that cares more about the corporate dollar than your child then this is the place for you. We were blindsided with a meeting that entailed the leaders of the location telling us that services were going to be discontinued due to child's behaviors. Really, I thought that the terms behavioral health meant something. It actually means that they don't know how to do their jobs. There are a few good RBTs there but the location managers and above are terrible.
I’m a speech therapist and visit this location to see patients. They have a great staff to student ratio and take great care of their patients.
